Andy came to install a new door. The job turned into a much more difficult installation than anyone expected. Andy went above and beyond in getting the problems sorted out and remained polite, friendly and professional throughout. I was impressed with the effort he went to to rectify the glitches! I am impressed with CTG. All members of the team I have had contact with have been brilliant. From Diane on the phone to Andy installing and everyone else I have been delighted with the service provided. Thank you.

Really happy with our new windows and the service from CTG! Steve who came out to quote us was lovely and really helpful, showing us lots of great options which helped us to visualise what our windows would look like. Our installers Casey & Ian were really friendly and efficient and have done a wonderful job of fitting our windows - we’re so pleased with them!

I ordered a new front door from CTG having accepted a good quote from them. The lead time was as promised, and they answered my query about fitting a door knocker straight away.
The fitters were Casey and Ian, who were cheerful, professional and fast workers. Unfortunately, having taken out the old door and frame, when they unwrapped the new door, they noticed a small nick in the frame, and so immediately ordered a replacement. This meant that the new door had to be fitted on a temporary basis, but they came back this week with the new frame and carried the work out very tidily. Excellent service.

I am absolutely delighted with my new front door. The fitting was beautifully done by Andy and everything was left clean and tidy. The whole experience from start to finish was a pleasure and I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Fabulous new front door, not cheap, but expertly installed by Andy and Tony. They had to improvise the installation to overcome some unique issues and still managed to complete the install within the day.
Four stars as we are without a door cill that was paid for, but was impossible to fit due to aforementioned issues. Full five if a refund for this had been offered.

The Fitters Casey+Ian were very helpful and patient and very professional as things didn't start off very good in the beginning , but with reasurment and professional knowledge it all tuned out well , we're both very pleased withour new door thankyou

From start to finish, everyone we dealt with was great. We received a very competitive quote from CTG, our windows and door arrived and was fitted way before the estimated date. We had 2 sets of fitters over 2 visits and they were friendly and brilliant with our excitable dog!

Casey and Ian did a brilliant job. Listened to what we wanted around the windows. Job was left clean and tidy. Thank you.

Once again the CTG Windows crew did the business! Arrived on time, fitted a new window in next to no time and carried out some minor repairs to one of our custom made doors from CTG. Hats off to Andy and Tony who even drank my coffee! Well done lads!

The CTG window fitters came twice as the fit turned out to be more complex than was thought. Overall the job was excellent but there were a couple of ordering errors, the fitters on the other hand did an excellent job and made good the window size error.
They cleaned up post work and made an excellent finished job and we would recommend them..

We saw the company advertised locally. We called for a quote, they sent the sales team round within the week. We received a quote which we were happy with. We had emails and phone calls keeping us up to date all the way through the process. A two man team came 6 weeks later as promised. They arrived on time. They took the old door and frame away. They fitted the door which was not straight forward at all. New door, old house. They cleaned up and all was in place in one afternoon. We can recommend this company. Great service thank you 🙌

Gary & Scott fitted my new front & back doors, dealt with replacement glass in 1 window & readjusted a previously fitted patio door & they were a pleasure to have in my home. Fantastic & helpful fitters, all works & looks fantastic, cleaned everything & genuinely easy going guys. Cannot thank you enough. Fantastic job & love my new additions of doors to previous windows fitted.

I recently had new patio doors fitted by CTG Windows, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Casey and Ian did a fantastic job from start to finish. They were professional, efficient, and respectful of my home throughout the installation.

The doors look amazing and were fitted to a very high standard. They also took the time to make sure I was happy with how everything worked before they left. It’s clear they take pride in their work.

After I made my original request for a new door, Graham came and measured, and then I was offered a price. Then the surveyor came survived the door which was good as Mark the fitter exclaimed the surveyor did a very good job as the door fitted perfectly. this was in my sun lounge where the original door was in a poor state due to wood rot.

We had a good experience dealing with CTG Windows from start to finish. All our dealings with staff was pleasant and professional. The window was fitted by two great guys (Casey and Ian) both friendly and polite. The window was fitted quickly and everything was tidy after. All in all we are pleased with CTG Windows and their staff. Given our experience we recommend them.
