Haute flowers are Prestige Giving.

The ribbon and bag were very flash but the flowers were the worst I have ever received. They were a gift from my niece as I had just started cancer treatment. Dead roses in the main but you do get a lecture on how to trim and feed flowers from Laura C. Haute flowers are a branch of Prestige Giving and you should read what they say about them.

Haute Flowers by any other name prestige gifting.
Awful bouquet fobbed off by customer services. A bad experience, made worse by a very patronising email on how to look after flowers to extend their life. The roses were dead on arrival. No stars

Problem being solved

I have to say I received a very quick reply from Matthieu at Yellowpop who explained politely what had occurred. He has offered to sort this out personally. So the problem now in brackets (I got an email from dhl on 9th November saying my lamp was on its way. It was not given to dhl as part of a bulk collection from Yellowpop. Where is my light? Someone from yellow pop please get in touch.) is being dealt with and I should receive my lamp shortly. Thank you Matthieu.
