Downhill fast!
I have been a loyal customer for around 30 years and half or more of my clothes are from Yours.
However I have noticed the prices going up all the time and the quality is going down drastically.
Recent T shirts have baggy necks and droopy shoulders and bobble very quickly.
Even sale prices are too much for the quality of the items.
Customer service on-line is non-existent and agents are rude and arrogant. No e-mails are sent when ordering or dispatching items. So this makes in store returns/ exchanges harder.
They don't care about their customers individual issues. They just send generic robotic e- mails without addressing customer concerns. I e- mailed their M.D and he couldn't even be bothered to answer me.
So I am now shopping on Temu/ Shein who offer free delivery and returns, discount codes all the time and a much better choice of goods.
Hopefully others will do the same and walk away. Perhaps then they will value their lost revenue!
