Downhill fast!

I have been a loyal customer for around 30 years and half or more of my clothes are from Yours.
However I have noticed the prices going up all the time and the quality is going down drastically.
Recent T shirts have baggy necks and droopy shoulders and bobble very quickly.
Even sale prices are too much for the quality of the items.
Customer service on-line is non-existent and agents are rude and arrogant. No e-mails are sent when ordering or dispatching items. So this makes in store returns/ exchanges harder.
They don't care about their customers individual issues. They just send generic robotic e- mails without addressing customer concerns. I e- mailed their M.D and he couldn't even be bothered to answer me.
So I am now shopping on Temu/ Shein who offer free delivery and returns, discount codes all the time and a much better choice of goods.
Hopefully others will do the same and walk away. Perhaps then they will value their lost revenue!

Happy ( this time) !!

You will see I post many reviews on this company .Some quite good and some not.This time I managed to get a top and a pair of shorts for £10.00 plus £2,99 postage in the sale. Both were good value at the sale price , but I would not want to pay the full price. Overall I was happy this time !

Poor return experience

Returned an item to store that was too small. Assistant asked for confirmation or despatch email which I never received and haven't done on previous orders. She more or less called me a liar as she said they always send them out. So she said she'd try to scan the label on the bag, but it doesn't always work. Thankfully it did. So I asked her what would happen if it hadn't worked. She said the store would have to contact Customer services. However they don't work at weekends so I would have to take it home and do a postal return. This meant being charged £1.99 for the privilege! Really Yours you need to start listening to your customers as you seem to treat people with contempt.

2 branches with totally opposite customer service …

We needed a new telly as ours had stopped working. We decided to visit the Mansfield store as we knew what we wanted, but just needed to take a look before buying. There were plenty of staff around busy chatting and on their devices. We wanted to check stock, but decided to leave as no-one was bothered. We then went over to the store at Worksop and the experience was the complete opposite.
We were greeted on arrival and asked if we needed help. The staff member accompanied us to the display to check which one we wanted. He then checked the stock level and brought it to us. We paid and left happy with our new television and the service we received. Congratulations to the Worksop store !!

Customer service very good

I am a regular buyer from Temu. It is mainly womens clothes due to their prices. Today I received a top which smelt damp and fusty.I contacted them and got a 20% discount code immediately for my next order. The quality of goods varies, but overall I am satisfied. I find the customer service very good and free delivery and returns excellent. Why can't British companies adopt similar practices to theirs ? No wonder local shops are closing down !

One pair fab.....other pair awful!

It's been a while since I ordered anything from here due to price hikes. However I wanted some more shorts as they offer so many patterns each season. I ordered 2 pairs with a discount code. The first pair were lovely fit well and had a nice design. The second pair However were not. They were made of a different fabric, despite supposedly being the same. Also the elastic started to twist whilst trying them on. So this pair have to go back.

Very thorough and efficient service

Delivered on time by a new driver. He was very courteous and efficient. He went above and beyond as my address wasn't registering on his PDA. He walked around in the vicinity until it did thus enabling him to scan it and deliver it into my hands.

Waiting for credits

I have shopped here a lot recently and have been very satisfied on the whole. This time I placed 2 orders close together which arrived within 2 days of each other. However I had to return most of the items from both orders due to quality/sizing issues. They asked me to combine the returns in one bag and I requested credits to my account. Usually I receive the credits as soon as I drop my parcel off. However this time I am having to wait until they have been inspected. I am disappointed as I usually place another order straight away paying with those credits. I am wondering why this happened this time.

Poor quality

Delivery was faster than expected and communication was good. However dress was faulty as it wasn't sewn properly resulting in a large hole in the side seam.
Requested a return and refund. What a faff - take pictures of item and pictures or video of you packing it.
The website is not as easy to navigate as the other Chinese marketplace and responses to enquiries can take up to 24hrs. Pricing is always estimated until you check out so you never know what you're paying until it's too late. Now just have to wait for my refund!

Appalling customer service

Blouse arrived screwed up in bag, obviously a return. Button hole was sewn too tight to fasten. Returned via Evri cost me £2.99. No communication from them about refund. After 2 phone calls and 3 e-mails still no joy told to wait up to 14 days. Opened a case with Resolver and refund was processed and postage refunded within 24hrs. Customer service appalling on phone and in e mail responses to my issue. Definitely don't recommend and won't use again.

Quality variable

I have bought quite a lot recently from here and the quality varies. On the whole I am satisfied with the items for the price paid. However some are of poor quality and have been returned. I always opt to receive credits on my account when doing so. Today the packaging had been ripped and taped up again, but nothing was missing. Delivery usually takes 7 -10 days which is acceptable as it's free. Overall I am happy with my purchases so far.

Overall happy with items.

Recently started shopping on here.
Plus points: So much choice.
Great prices and free delivery.
Website easy to use.
Great customer service.
Refunds if products fail to meet expectations.

Minus points: Delivery takes on average 8 to10 days.
Quality varies as do sizes in clothing.
Some items smell of chemicals.
Pictures on website not always accurate.
Overall I am happy with most of the items I've bought and have received refunds for items that don't fit ,or are poor quality.

Great experience all round!

First time shopping with this company. I placed my order on Mon and it was delivered Wed.
Excellent communication from them and DHL.
Fragile items were well packaged and protected.
Delivered within time frame and handed to me.
Diffusers smell lovely and have an attractive pot for displaying. Best thing they were half price!

Terrible communication

I received someone else's parcel through my letterbox and not the one I was expecting. I contacted them via Live chat and told to wait 24hrs. Next day told delivery was imminent again no parcel.
Waited 48hrs (as it was a bank holiday) again no more information. Then contacted retailer who started an investigation. My parcel finally arrived after threatening them with a claim against them . Incidentally we delivered the parcel that was incorrectly left at mine as they weren't interested in collecting that.
In response to your reply we delivered the parcel ourselves as stated above so cannot give information you require.

Parcel delivered belongs to someone else

My parcel was supposed to be delivered today by Yodel. I received a delivery, but it wasn't mine. It was meant for someone else and wasn't even a Yours parcel. Although on Yodel tracker it says delivered through letterbox.
I've contacted Yodel and they told me to wait 24 hours for an update as they don't know where my items have gone ! I really hope if they're not located I will receive a refund including postage costs as it's not acceptable to pay for something you never received.

Poor Communication!!!

Do you not send confirmation e mails when you place an order now?
This is the second time it has happened.
I can see my order on my account page ,but have not got an e mail.
If you don't send one out when items are dispatched this makes returns more difficult. This happened last time.
In your reply to last review you said you would resolve the issue, but you haven't done have you?
For such a large company you have little regard for your customers loyalty.
Thanks for your response. There are no emails from you in my spam folder and I always receive promotional ones with no problem. So please investigate the issue. Thanks.

Poor quality and terrible customer service

Ordered 2 tops in sale. Pink one looked like an old washed out top and was far too baggy. Lemon blouse was a strange 'grubby' yellow, not lemon as illustrated and too low making bra visible. Despite asking 4 times I never received the email with the attached invoice. So I had to print out my order from my account to return. I also didn't get an email when money paid back into my account.
I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years and am frustrated at the lack of customer service. I am also disappointed because they own Evans and Peacocks also , so it's becoming more difficult to find a business selling plus sizes that cares about their customers.

Order came quickly

My order came within 3 days. However the harem pants were very small ( had already tried on in store) and elastic was very tight.
The vest was absolutely huge ! I always wear the same size in tops, but this was massive and the arm holes were cut too low showing my bra. So both items were returned.

Brilliant!

Yet again didn't let me down. I wanted to buy Bergamot oil, which I normally get elsewhere. However they don't seem to have it anymore. So I returned to Abbey essentials and got 2 bigger bottles for a much more competitive price. Delivery charge acceptable, well packaged and arrived in good time. Overall another great experience.
