Very unprofessional
Very unprofessional. Customer service is nightmare to get through to cancel. However if you are new customer you get through straight away!! Virgin Media do not reward loyalty customers like me who have been there for best part of 15 years, but reward new customers. Ripping loyal customers like me for years. Putting me on a contract for €70 a month, while new customers get €44 a month. When I told them I was going to Sky, the Virgin rep acted in a very unprofessional manner making unfounded accusations about the service that Sky would or could offer. Hopefully Virgin are reading this and decide to take a listen back to recording of the call.
