Still awaiting refund over 6 months

On and off like many of us are advised to switch tariffs and supplies I have been a customer. Sadly my latest experience is awful. I have moved home and owed nearly £300 in refunds on my gas account.
They claim they have sent the refund twice by cheque to my new address. I have no issues with the post. I have called 9 times and had 7 calls back to try and resolve each time the same script and process stating they have to wait for the funds into the account (already there!), cancel the cheque and will escalate to send another and each time I state I followed procedure and left the account DD open so like the electricity, it could be refunded to my account direct. They state they will but this has been ongoing since I left in April with the first cheque sent in May. Holding into a customers money illegally and lying every time and not refunding me like I am rightfully owed. British Gas will no longer ever be considered by myself again as a supplier

They trap you into their business and…

They trap you into their business and have zero customer service or empathy. They inflate your house value to make you sign with them but they do not promote your property or respond. I have had zero viewings in over 4 months and when challenged, they have said full payment is due in October regardless as I queried what they are actually doing to sell my property. I received kisses from my agent which they confirmed were inappropriate behaviour and have yet to respond to my formal complaint regarding this and query over whether they believe they are providing a good experience for me as a customer with zero viewings in 4 months. Would they or you accept this? Avoid them

Gladiators are brilliant

Whilst a long day, you are kept entertained throughout. The show and gladiators themselves are brilliant but in between the action the djs, the warm up guy (Stu), games in between all make this a great day out. The actual action was top notch and you really realise how tough it would be. Great to see the travalator in action, some old classic games back and see the actual gladiators in the flesh. Loved it

Morgan @ANAtherapies is fab

Morgan is fantastic. Listens and assesses the problem and works the problem not just going through the motions. Treats the injury/condition as opposed to a generalised treatment/routine.
Really friendly, puts people at ease and knowledgeable.

Lost my order

Lost my order, took 2 weeks to sort out and just gave a refund without asking about another product or offering something. Too difficult box it would seem. Poor reflection on the company

Customer service agent was excellent…

Customer service agent was excellent however the previous agent appeared to have given a false price and the new agent who I sold the car too did everything he could to match/get near the price. I left happy
