Woo Commerce refusing refund

I cancelled my subscription and received an email confirming that my subscription was cancelled on 4/5/25. On 7/11/25 I was charged for the subscription again even though it was already cancelled. After submitting a help ticket, I was told that it was for an outstanding balance. They refuse to return my money or supply proof that there was an outstanding balance. I can't trust that they actually cancelled the subscription. I will not be using this company again.

Pillows are not how they are advertised

The pillows arrived and took 2 days to fully expand from the vacuum seal. I tried using them but my neck was still elevated and I woke up with a sore neck. My neck was worse using these pillows then the old pillows I was using. I reached out to return as I am at day 13 and found found that it will cost me 3 times what I paid to return them. Customer service was able to work with me and reach an acceptable resolution to my issue.
