Me and my 17 year old daughter brought a Volkswagen Polo from Enzo cars. We were explained the cars v50 would take 2/3 weeks to come through the post of which it did. Bash was very helpful and offered a 3 month warranty on the car. We live in Southport and kindly offered to deliver the car to us at a small fee, of which was never charged. The car is a S unbeknown to us did require some further maintenance. Bash was very helpful and transferred the fees to get this fixed. We have had the car for 3 months now and we are extremely happy with our purchase of £4400 complete outlay.
Bash gave us a fair price and the aftercare was second to none. Bash would always call me back would always answer the phone and was very helpful. The whole team was polite and it made me and my daughter make a very easy purchase. I would certainly recommend purchasing a car from Enzo cars and vans as the after care to me felt valued.

Danielle is an asset to your company, she changed my booking twice for me and sent all my paperwork etc. I’m trying to book more cruises as she’s so reliable. Was truly happy 😊

Has anyone actually ever been paid out?? I’m reading a lot of easy to set up etc and very informative and it was for me too. However £400 an hour rate charge on your claim depending on which rated lawyer charges an hour. So does anyone actually receive any compensation. I never claim as always think we are the ones being scammed. Iv just done a claim with these and looks like no one gets paid out as have not read 1 review highlighting this.

After talking to them they have informed me they are getting everything ready for next year that’s why no one has been paid out yet. Was polite and informative

Dean and joe the delivery men were absolutely brilliant in bringing my sofa in. It was too big so they took off the feet un bagged and took away the rubbish. My sofa looks so nice and brilliant quality. Dean and joe gave me some ideas on where to put my tv. These delivery guys are a good asset to your company and nothing is too much for them. I ordered some items for my daughters 12 birthday and paid £9.99 delivery. (Next day!!)
Still not RECIEVED my parcel a week later !! Speak to dpd and they said- we have RECIEVED order details - no parcel.
You can’t contact flannels except by email, and they don’t even read your WHOLE EMAIL.

Flannels replied with a tracking number (I gave them ) to chase my order through dpd. It will be with me shortly. (It has not been collected)


GOING IN CIRCLES THE PARCEL IS STILL SITTING IN YOUR WAREHOUSE!

Frustrated as hell. Need some common sense!!

We had a 5k water bill, it turned out there was a burst pipe under our house and home Serve came and fixed it. Really pleased we had this policy and the bill was written off, panic over. Great thanks

We had a water bill for £5000, there was a leak somewhere and after homeserve came out to investigate, we had a broken water pipe under the house. Homeserve where quick to investigate and fix.
