Still no refund after 2 months!…

I wasn’t able to collect my parcel from the shop in August so it got sent back, believe we are now in October and they still haven’t issued me a refund and I have an Ai reply to me via email explaining that it’s getting sent back to the shop! ….. really ? Lol even by a ship it would have got back to the shop by now.

Thank God I keep my money in different accounts.
They attempted to take £39.99
Very crazy considering I only paid £5 for a report last week on my new car. They have now conned me into a subscription
I’ll be letting my bank know to change my card .

I was forced to sell my BMW due to…

I was forced to sell my BMW due to Hastings Direct's ridiculous price increase of £159 on top of the already high premium from the year before. I now drive a cheaper Nissan and yet they still did not decrease my payment, claiming that a 1.6 ltr car is the same price as a 2 ltr BMW, which is absurd.

I have checked with other insurance companies and have been quoted much lower prices, making me regret sticking with Hastings Direct. They even have the audacity to charge me an extortionate amount to cancel my policy.

I will never use Hastings Direct for car insurance again.

Heena was amazing!!

Heena was amazing!!

I was stressing about selling my car and discovered the concept of negative equity and how some finance companies can help. My advisor was Heena, and she was exceptional.

She was very upfront and straight to the point, yet friendly. We even shared a few laughs, making it feel like we had known each other for years. She was also quick with the process.

I made the application on Sunday, got approved, and received my new car the following Wednesday. It could have been sooner, but Heena ensured the dealer conducted an MoT on my new car. I even got a great price for my part exchange! Thanks so much!

The only issue was that the dealer didn't provide good pictures of the car I picked, so when I arrived, I found dents and scratches. However, this was not Heena's fault.

Our free trial promotion is a part of a renewing subscription. Please know that we would never charge our customers for full-sized products or drag them into renewing subscriptions without explaining our terms first.

When a new customer signs up for a free trial, before completing the free trial kit checkout process, our website displays the terms of the subscription, how to manage a Lumin account, and the method and ability to cancel the subscription at any time. When a customer cancels their subscription through the account or by contacting the customer support team, they receive a cancelation confirmation email to ensure our customer that the cancelation was successful.

If an order was created because the subscription was not canceled prior to the renewal date, as per our policy, we are unfortunately unable to cancel an order once it has been processed, but we will be more than happy to assist our customers with the return process. I didn’t agree to a contract with them, I only got a quote and did add my details but when I got to the part to confirm the agreement I checked the bad reviews and decided not to agree to it BUT THEY STILL TOOK £29.99 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. Without my CONSENT!

Lost a customer

I have felt constrained by the restrictions on the number of cleans I can skip. There should be an option to easily skip a clean whenever I don't feel up to it.

I requested to cancel a clean, but they still sent a cleaner over. It led to a back-and-forth in the morning with an advisor named Lily, where I had to prove that I had indeed canceled the clean.

I suggest improving the booking process to allow customers more flexibility. Customers should have the option to skip a clean whenever they want, as long as it's done before 24 hours to give the cleaner ample time to adjust their schedule.

Also Dherk cabading When customers request a cancellation, please refrain from sending a strange email and not canceling my cleaner. This has resulted in the company losing a customer!

I used to be a frequent shopper

I used to be a frequent shopper, three years ago I sent back a few items costing over £80 I never got my refund and chased them for almost a year and gave up, but I still went shopping there and now today I’m back here complaining. I ordered an item that was delivered to a person of a different ethnicity, as demonstrated in the photograph. There has been a back and forth between PLT and me claiming that the person is me and they will not refund me. LOL You just have to laugh. I sent pictures of my front door that was completely different from the door in the tracking, but they are oblivious and continue to claim I am the person and will not issue a refund.
As a result, I have washed my hands with PLT after spending thousands

The prices are very reasonable! I will use this company again

If I had been able to make last-minute changes, I would have given five stars. It was not possible for me to add more days to my booking due to the £75 amendment fee, so I had to make three separate reservations while on vacation.
The rest of my experience with this website was excellent. I had a great time at Azul beach resort at a very reasonable price. Thank you so much. This was a very pleasant and smooth booking process. I will definitely use it again in the future.

Bought this machine three years ago and finished paying off subscription And the machine. I emailed yesterday to start back a subscription so I can get new filters and they replied back telling me to pay £269 as I’m in arrears ?? This is appalling! They accused me last year the same thing and now again. I’m confused who works in customer service prob a 5 year old
Because I don’t owe any money !

I am very happy with the service…

I am very happy with the service provided by this company! As soon as I got the first draw, I was quite surprised. It is a very straight forward process. After the draw, I received my payment the next day, so it seems that the process is pretty quick. The number of circles I have open is four, and I plan to use this service this year to save up for holidays and household items, and maybe next year to start saving for my new home.

RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I have been paying £12.75 to glo tech for one year and now I need a repair they have booked me an appointment and gave me a morning appointment.
The night before my appointment I received a email saying my appointment has been changed to an all day appointment.
I called on the day of the appointment as they was closed the night before and the customer service was rude and said we don’t work on Sundays so the engineer sent that email.
I explained that is wrong to just change my appointment less then 24 hours without informing me
The man hanged up the phone on me!!!!!
I’m really disappointed and will be cancelling this subscription and will take my money elsewhere after they repair my washing machine!
Don’t waste your money just buy a new washing machine considering I just paid them monthly and could of just bought a new machine

So annoyed along with many people…

So annoyed along with many people today!!
I made an order on and bought next day premier to guarantee I get it next day. (This was Monday)!
The item said delivered and it shows another person holding my parcel yesterday.

So I had to re order my parcel again spending more money, cutting it fine when my event is tomorrow bank holiday
I was told 12pm to 2:30 my delivery slot

It’s now 14:30 and no item arrived
I now have a client to head to and I’m so upset as after my client I have to rush and go to the store to find an outfit! As my second attempt of my order has not been delivered!

This company taught me a lesson
And that is to always go to trust pilot and read the reviews before buying from a company.

After 17 emails back and forth spending £50 on flowers and choc, next day delivery and £10 extra for a larger flower bouquet

I’ve not received my parcel
123 also said my parcel was delivered
I’ve checked the tracking
It was delivered outside to another persons address…

Where do we go from here ?
I don’t know
But my Mother did no recieve her Mother’s Day gift and it’s pointless now considering it’s 4 days later.
