Items look good, but quality and sizing let me down
This is the second time I’ve tried to buy something from Druids and, unfortunately, have been disappointed again. I only placed this 2nd order as still had a voucher/refund from the original.
Sizing on new item was way too big and exchange was not an option, so now stuck with another gift card. May buy a cap for my son… Some of the items look really good, but quality is lacking - real shame

Made appointment online which was fairly straight forward. Got to my appointment slightly early and after short ID check at reception was led in straight away and was out again in about 10 mins.
