I am having a terrible experience with these scammers
I am being taken to court for a debt I never owed but was told if I pay half I will be able to stop this
They should be stopped from doing this to people
I hope the government will stop companies like this evil BW legal from threatening innocent people

Well you get good and bad and rubbish
Vinted do not help when you don’t receive your item you just lose your money they won’t answer you or look into your complaint
They are expensive on postage and charge protection that doesn’t protect you

I wouldn’t use this company again once…

I wouldn’t use this company again once you’ve paid there’s no back up or after service, delivery was 7 am Who gets up at this time. No apologies just rude although I did complain they don’t care

Nice store

Nice store , good salesman and mattress is good but the reason I’m only leaving 3 stars is my delivery was 7am in the middle of a rain storm
I am late 60s with a heart condition and and I was told it would be later I phoned and asked 3 times anyway 6 o clock this morning I was woken by phone call from delivery driver saying they were nearby, I had to get up get dressed and de ice my car in freezing cold to meet the driver and then take them to my home on holiday park. My neighbours were woke up I just found out
The driver and his friend were very nice and helpful but I did ask the store 3 times only to be ignored and I contacted the delivery company and was promised it would not be this early
It was a £1500 matress less promo discount so I think I could have gone to another company and been treated with a bit more care.

I have bought a new jacket never arrived and paid for buyers protection the customer service refused to help me This has happened before and I’ve lost more than I’ve saved. I would avoid Vinted and buy somewhere that your money is protected. It’s a bit of a scam and Vinted were extremely rude avoid avoid avoid

Great service great staff Thank you very much

I had a parcel go missing this week after dealing with interparcel for years its the first problem ive had, the lady at head office Becky Blythe got my case sorted in no time and has been on to couriers etc on my behalf she must have spent a lot of time sorting it out for me. As im not very good at internet procedures,, i would like to thank you so much Becky and thank you interparcel for employing caring efficient staff,, im very impressed with the polite service and help i got and its now all been sorted , all within 2 days unbelievable,, Thank You Very Much regards Sean

The reason these are cheap is because they are rubbish

I recently bought 3 pairs of specs from this company, one was definitely not as advertised but ok the second pair were fine but the nose protector fell off after only a few times of wearing, they are not going to replace but sending out new nose pads , I have to take them to specsavers to fit and other pair are very small so reall I’m going back to proper optician next time,, useless service department
I will try to get my credit card company to stop part payment, Waste of time but cheap means cheap in this case

As stated in our emails. As the frame is perfectly ok, we're sending you a replacement set of nosepads that can be fitted by yourself or a local optician, we're also happy to do this here upon return of the item.

With regards to the other 2 pairs, you have not made our customer services team aware of any dissatisfaction with these items, if you're unhappy with these items you're more than welcome to return these for a refund. Please update your open case should you wish to do this. Thank you.

I won’t use again 1st pair were very …

I won’t use again 1st pair were very large but cheap to buy and work
I bought 2 more pairs one was too small and other pair broke after wearing only about 10 times
This company make promises over the phone but don’t follow up , I have put a claim in for refund on one pair that broke but they don’t reply ,, I won’t be back
