Avoid North Shields self scanning/ beware of duplicate charges

Used the self scanner ( as there’s never any tills open these days) I was charged twice. It showed as pending on my bank straightaway. Staff member assured me it would not go through fully stating that this happens about three times a day!! Assured by that I left the store . Checking my full bank account today , the amount has been taken out twice. Up to the north shields store to be treated like a criminal . Totally put out by my insistence “ just give her a refund “ said the “ manager”. Absolutely no apology offered. Disgusting. Be warned. DONT USE SELF SCAN

Avoid at all costs

Absolutely shocking service from Mercedes Newcastle upon Tyne . My used car had been in the Scotswood Road branch for MONTHS. Terrible communication and still no solution
Totally at a loss where to go for resolution as no one up there is interested including CEO

And on and on it goes …..

So after 3 months of no service to my landline and hours online and on the phone to India it’s eventually sorted along with a promised compensation for every day without use. This months bill is produced with NO reduction as promised? Can they really do anything right ?

Still useless!

Waiting since October3 for landline😡 faithfully promised it would magically happen on December 25 . Guess what??? No landline. Very I’ll husband - need this sorted. DONT. Reply and ask me to log on ………

Virgin media- the Invisible firm

Moved house, they didn’t port my number as promised. Temporary number now dead as well as original number! Can’t face 1.5 hour phone call AGAIN sick and tired of dealing with this company

Virgin Media 😡😡😡😡

Unbelievable attempts to speak to someone 😡 waiting times are ridiculous and communication issues when eventually connected . No help with attempts to manage account online as they don’t “recognise my email”so password can’t be changed. Being overcharged every month. NOT HAPPY

Received a headboard which was the…

Despite the response from Wowcher NO email has been received 😡 please Wowcher let me know the email address you sent it to as it wasn’t mine 🙈

Received a headboard which was the wrong shade. They say I must pay to return it before I get a refund. Totally frustrating 😡
Umpteen messages online saying the same thing, I even emailed the CEO and didn’t even get an acknowledgment 😡😡😡
