Health warning

Minus one star if that was possible. The Silverlink garage in North Shields/ Newcastle sold a Volvo to a family member earlier this year . Refusals to resolve the matter will now have to go down the legal route. The lack of commitment/ customer service/ Will to help / have resulted in a serious health problems . Who do these people think they are ?

No one replies !! Repeated cancellation of appointments

My daughter and son in law are getting very poor after sales service with the all electric Volvo purchased in North Shields can you please provide a direct line of communication to escalate the matter?
UPDATE!! Response from Arnold Clark is suggesting things they had already tried ???
Do better please??

Extremely disappointed

Apartment in Whitby was an absolute disgrace. Had no option but to stay for the first night but couldn’t tolerate a further night due to filth , blocked exit, stained carpet, layers of dust and noise from take away below. Appalling response from Pass the property and not much better from Booking .com. Please heed this advice not to use as it will ruin your holiday.

Registered for online delivery. Ordered online .Lovely delivery chap very helpful. Downside was awful bunch of organic bananas and dented tinned food. I emailed the customer service but no response at all ?? Disappointed ☹️

Gingerbread House fail 😡

I bought four Gingerbread kits for my four grandchildren who range in age from five to thirteen. At £7 each it’s a treat . They simply would not stick together and the red icing tasted vile and couldn’t be used. I’m beyond disappointed and will definitely not buy these again 😡

Gingerbread house disaster

I bought four Gingerbread house kits for my 4 grandchildren. The red icing tasted vile like onion / vinegar. The white icing simply would not keep the components together. Very disappointing for the children age range from 5 to 13. I will not buy or recommend these in future.

Excellent customer service

Return to Newcastle from Kings Cross on December 10 . Train should have departed at 20.27 but sadly a person at Stevenage station was hit by a train resulting in an almost two hour delay. The communication was excellent throughout the wait. As we approached our destination Erin a member of staff went above and beyond to ensure our onward journey was rearranged due to the delay. She really was a great ambassador for Lumo.

Check the bill !

Nice Sunday lunch for family of 9 . Sadly got wine added to the bill which wasn’t ours. Still arguing to try and get the refund. This has put us off rebooking our annual event. Lovely staff in the Maven and great portion size for the children but this post dining experience is so so disappointing

Beware- not as it states

I purchased ( foolishly) Andrew toilet roll from an advert on facebook. Paid £9.99 . Very quick transaction went through but no information about delivery. In my bank a sum of £8.41 was taken. Now I have another pending transaction for £5.88
Nothing about toilet rolls !! Bank said I have signed up to a monthly subscription for a pet club??? Absolutely not . Scam . 🤬🤬😞😞

Dont believe Wowcher guarantee ALSO… promised on this site to email but HASNT

Purchased flight and hotel to Dublin - it was a mystery destination!! Thought everything would be ok with their guarantee ??? No apparently- as I had spoken to the hotel provider Weekender Breaks , that is classed as a redemption?? All I wanted was a wallet credit as we are unable to go but that isn’t possible for some strange reason? Why risk their reputation for petty rules . I’m not asking for a refund just a credit? Beware of mystery destinations with Wowcher

Be aware even smaller items can’t be collected from store

Ordered a small shelving unit. I was advised that the unit had to be delivered to my home as it couldn’t be delivered to the store for collection. Paid the fee which wasn’t optional. When it arrived it clearly could easily have been delivered to the store and collected with no charge. Complete profiteering
