A great shopping experience with Daria at Sofology, York

I had a relaxed welcome from Daria who showed me the options available for sofabeds. She wasn't pushy, talked through all permutations of fabrics and sizings and was nothing less than calm courteous and friendly.
She happily emailed me pricing later and answered my query emails in the evening as I was at home deciding which option would work best.
The following day she went through the sale process explaining everything really well and couldn't have been nicer.

Calm, friendly and efficient for the whole process

Calm, friendly and efficient for the whole process.
From the visit for the quote until the last item was loaded on the van, Sam, Simon and team were really great. All were courteous and friendly and very good at de-escalating any frenzied packing panic!!
They worked incredibly hard over 3 days for my move, wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Great experience from purchase to unpacking item

I knew what I was looking for, so tracking it down on the website wasn't difficult. Easy checkout, regular updates on expected delivery, even one from the courier before they'd received my item to carry. Ordered on weds, item expected following weds, notification on Thurs of delivery update to Monday, notification on Friday for delivery that day! Item exactly as expected. Great service.

Changing your name will not improve your delivery reputation unless you're honest.

I can only give one star, as that's for the communication side which is prompt. I don't give any recommendation for delivery, saying that you called with my parcel and saying I wasn't in or there wasn't a safe place to leave it, when in fact there are 3 adults in my house in visual or earshot range, dog who barks at the door knock and a Ringo video that can attest that you've been nowhere near my door!! Changing your brand name does not seem to have improved your well known shoddy delivery methods!
If you can't deliver that day for whatever reason, be honest and let me know, don't lie, as you're more than likely to get found out and as people don't trust liars, your reputation will never improve.
