Well it has been 3rd time lucky my chair has just been picked up by two lovely gentlemen from oakfurnitureland Dutch John an Welsh glyn after waiting 3 weeks could you please sort out my refund thank

I'm hoping Stacy from oak land frim niture could get back in touch with me as I still have not had a chair picked up OFL 7439057was first supposed to be picked up 18th Feb then today 28th Feb an still has not been picked up I am one very angry customer

Absolutely fuming

I received my electric chair on the 9th Feb it is not suitable for my disabled needs an wish to return it but the customer service are not answering the phones I've been 3 days ringing an my daughter in law has messaged you on the website an still had no response its disgusting I will not purchase anything from you again
