I would never order from Debenhams again I returned an item two weeks ago and still awaiting refund I've emailed and contacted via what' app but still no answer

I recently had an issue with my blood test results, and the company handled it brilliantly from start to finish. Richard in particular went above and beyond – he kept me fully updated throughout the process, explained things clearly, and made sure everything was sorted quickly and smoothly. It was really reassuring to know someone was on top of it and genuinely cared about resolving the problem. Excellent service, professional and friendly – I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I ordered a bouquet of roses for my friend who's battling pancreatic cancer they arrived four of the Roses were brown and wilted and they had leaked so they arrived with no water
