When I had an issue with a Neff…

When I had an issue with a Neff microwave they dealt with the problem in a helpful, speedy and efficient manner to ensure that I received a replacement microwave.

Hard sell of extras. (Issue now resolved amicably)

Update - ao have now contacted me and refunded £20. The guy who rang me was very personable and resolved my issue.
When I ordered the Neff extractor fan on the phone, the salesperson told me that I needed to purchase filters as these were recommended by Neff for this extractor. It was a ‘hard sell’ but I was persuaded to buy 2 filters at £10 each. I was lied to .. Neff do not recommend these filters … in fact my extractor fan does not require a filter at all (it has integral filters)! I have contacted ao and asked for a refund, with no response.
