Ridiculous burocracy and waiting time…

Ridiculous burocracy and waiting time just to extend my datacontract/upgrade.More than 24 hours for "vetting" from ruby monthly to 24 months contract with modem.. after being a customer for 10 years..Again bank account statements 3 months, credit check etc , and no confirmation of new conract after now 30 hours now already.

Ik weet weer waarom ik geëmigreerd was...geen internet in de trein, "vertragingen door lastige reizigers", enfin altijd wel een excuus. Ongemanierde gillende passagiers waar niemand wat van durf te zeggen.. Chaos on wheels

Acculader met startkabels gekocht

Acculader met startkabels gekocht, de laatste, was opnieuw dichtgeplakt met cello tape. Een vorige klant had wellicht ditzelfde probleem en het personeel gooit dit dan gewoon terug in de schappen. Reageert nergens op bij funktieknopje indrukken , laadt niet. Whatsappfunctie totaal onbereikbaar. Blijft zeggen dat er geen verbinding is. Nergens een nummer te zien om te checken in welk filiaal er nog 1 is die wel werkt.

they advertise rates from Johannesburg…

they advertise rates from Johannesburg or Cape Town to Brussels for just under 400 Euro return, Trip.com, Gotogate, Edreams, Opodo, they are all owned by the same group, Etravelli. Not travel agents, but insurance people. The fares they advertise are not bookable, I tried 6 times, even from other computers, cleared cookies , different card. Nothing works, Waste of time, and nobody who will \assist you, Chatbots as well as chatfunction with real person who can only advise what the chatbots do as well: "try again". Dreadful.... and as you can see by the reaction, the blame is again on the customer, who cannot get in touch with someone who is going to find out WHY these fares are NOT BOOKABLE, and keeps saying i have to keep trying. Well, I did everything I could for more than 2 weeks, 7 attempted bookings and I have given up. You knew all my details and never tried to assist me by escalating it to those who are responsible for publishing these fares that are too good to be true. Well, they were, I sadly discovered..

As we inform you multiple times on our website during the booking process, as well as in our terms and conditions, you receive the travel documents via email after the payment, which include any details you might need for your travel, such as the airline's booking code, the ticket numbers, and the check-in code.

We also advise you numerous times to check your spam folder in case our email ends up there, especially since spam folders are automatically deleted every 30 days.

We furthermore advise you to contact us as soon as possible if you do not have this email, either due to a technical failure or a mistake made by you upon inserting your email address, as we do not have a way to be alerted if you properly received and found the email.

2 times in a row i booked a return…

2 times in a row i booked a return flight and both times i go through all the required info, incl. payment, and then half an hour later i get a sorry message, that the booking was "unsuccesfull". Why keep advertising it then? Nobody you can talk to, only obsolete chatbots.... And while you react and say that you have sent me an email, there is NOTHING. Not in spam either. The only emails I get are the automated reminders asking me if I want to try and book the same flight again. Yes I would, but maybe you can help me by calling me and doing it telephonically?

Na maanden lang smeken om compensatie…

Na maanden lang smeken om compensatie voor 6 uur vertraging, uiteindelijk maar Airhelp in de arm genomen, die dwongen KLM wel tot uitbetaling, maar houden wel 25% zelf. Toch nog 400 Euro gekregen, maar wat een vreselijk bedrijf. Echt ongemanierd, geen greintje achting voor hun reizigers.

Geboekte vlucht voor 4 personen werd…

Geboekte vlucht voor 4 personen werd door airline gecanceled, nieuwe alternatieve data aangeboden, maar pasten niet, er werd een refund beloofd, maar 400 Euro ingehouden voor E-dreams zelf.Dit is geen reisburo maar een verzekeringsburo! Totaal meedogenloos, inhumaan bedrijf. Dat zoiets mag in de EU!?

Got an email today misleading

Got an email today ! with a discount code, but it was not accepted. The flat rate of a ticket was half of what it eventually ended up as, due to all sorts of admin- and booking fees. Use
skyscanner for the cheapest rates, they have done all the comparing for you!

Order gets delayed by courier Skynet …NO COMMUNICATION

Order simply gets delayed by courier Skynet without explanation or new time, lipservice and contradicting messages which prove they are lying, (1 employee says they received feedback from the courier and she will email it to me, half an hour later an employee writes they are waiting for feedback) Their courier makes you wait on the phone for ever and needs a traking number, but not Takealot's tracking number, (which you as a customer never have) Once they have your money, forget it. A really nasty company. Go to a real shop and save your self waiting at home in your holidays waiting for deliveries that don't arrive.
