Can't believe on doorstep yesterday when expected Monday.

Kat was incredibly helpful paid cancellation but wanted go different date. Took time and patience find me best seat for price paid. Suggest always add ticket protection when book.

Tony Bennett tribute band performance at Pheonix nightclub absolutely fantastic and so entertaining can't wait for opportunity see them again.

I was very disappointed with the Marine Hotel in Llandudno its no point people saying its in need of some TLC it needs a total refurbishment. The first thing noticed in room was the hole in the net curtains, and the bathroom was a disgrace the shower nearly overflowed so pulled the plug out to find it covered in brown matter. The sink tiny and in need of repair. Towel rail covered in rust. The shelf to put toothbrushes etc on covered in mold. Final nail in coffin when the plug came away in my hand. The photo on web site indicates a completely different room to the ones actually available. The Manager showed me two other rooms and they were exactly as bland as room already given. I feel that is a total misrepresentation for people looking to book at this hotel. I have sent two email to Customer Services with photos showing everything I have indicated. No response.

Wonderful service. So convenient when need get card to anyone urgently.

Love this Company, its made life so much easier not having to go out in the freezing cold to shop. When have delicious recipes and food to make meals delivered to the Doorstep.
