can bankrupt our company

Our small Trading Company opened a bank account 11 years ago, always in credit, but late last year I encountered problems navigating HSBC website compliance known as safeguard, I had no help so I eventually went to our nearest bank for help, it appeared on the website that they could not substantiate my signature with the original mandated signature, so a new signature was lodged, on this occasion I was helped with the bank staff, who advised me that would be the matter sorted. Then on the 16th of April 2025 I received a letter dated the 26th of March to 2025 telling me they are going to close my company's bank account on the 24th of April, unless all the information they needed was not submitted by the 17 of April, however when I tried to establish what they wanted, they would not speak to me, they terminated my telephone banking, which by the way I have never used in 11 years, they do not respond to emails, they will not communicate with me on the chat lines, so I went back to my nearest HSBC bank on the 16th the day I received the letter, the bank staff was permitted to speak with the safeguard office in Birmingham, but both I and the staff had difficulty understanding what they required, however l got together all the information to support what I believe they required, and attended the bank and again the following day on the 17th, however since we've had a bank holiday, they will not talk to me on the telephone, they will not talk to me on chat line, and they will not respond to my emails, we have had the most awful Easter holiday in our living memory worrying , on Tuesday the 22nd I will return back to that HSBC bank but the staff do not have experience dealing with safeguard. Over the bank holiday we've tried to navigate the website to see if we can establish what they require, when the bank will not communicate with you, then how can you resolve and outstanding situation if you have no knowledge what it is, my complaint is the fact is they have threatened to close our bank account, the account and our entire client base will not be able to pay us , we operate a small commercial rental business, so all payments we receive are by direct debit.......... If they close our bank on the 24th, they have stopped our Revenue, cash is not an option because we do not use cash in our business, thus then they put us out of business, they will bankrupt us, our business is very solvent and viable, we pay corporation tax every year, our accountants are managed by a chartered accountant of repute, the stress that HSBC has caused us, I cannot put into words. I'm a 78 year old man still working as a director on our company, there is much more I could say but everything I've written is documented and can be fully proven and this is not a fair way to treat honest business people who work hard these days to survive........even in retirement and twilight years, I really hope tomorrow HSBC do the right thing but I have to add I'm extremely worried.

Not got a Water supply, a Bill came from this company

Had a Bill from this company , not in our company name , claiming £583.34 , correct address , we have been at this address 5 years plus, but the funny side of this Bill is that the premises are not connected to Water , the premises are just Storage only. Never heard of this company before

Stressed me out to maximum yesterday

HSBC Stressed me out to maximum yesterday as HSBC has done previously with threats to close accounts after decades of Banking history... 2 hours trying to resolve the HSBC not understanding accurate information... To be compliant to their demands they compelled me to give security information passwords and my hand written signature to a third party agency namely Adobe. Com this sensitive information should only be lodged on a HSBC website platform... I have made an official complaint thats been recognised by HSBC... in these days of astronomic Internet fraud and very dangerous AI the bank should not stress their clients out this way... This disgraceful methodology is titled SAFEGUARD that basically is not in my opinion safe guarding me as we have moved 2 of our 4 commercial accounts to other banks... We have decades of Banking never putting a foot wrong and all accounts in credit and adequately funded and we are the decent long term clients they victimise this way with threats of closing accounts because they can't understand the accurate information they have on long term record and been furnished with... I sang the praises of HSBC in the 90s even had a Hong Kong account then a wonderful bank head and shoulders above the UK High Street banks in those days... I cannot believe the actions and attitude of HSBC these days.. The stress yesterday I suffered wiped me out.. To close those HSBC people I spoke with in India and later UK were extremely understanding and helpful.... HSBC treatment of a long term client beggars belief to stress clients this way should be illegal

easy to navigate website and Happy AO customers

easy to navigate website , I did select the interest free payment option ...........be that NewDay signed me up but I paid full on my credit card , that was confusing but did not alter the fact that I was pleased with my purchase .....usually AO Delivery guys pleasant but the delivery today of 2 machines involved easy access but 30 wide steps, I advised clearly but drivers not aware so not the usual smiley AO Faces ............we are happy and always recommend AO.

Ordered and paid for a Greenhouse nightmare

Ordered and paid for a Greenhouse , told it had left the factory at Shire 1st August delivery within 4 days , I arranged workmen to construct it when it arrives Friday or Monday.............spent hours chasing status , told it had left the factory , established today the order has not left the factory , they Lied cost me two days wages for 2 men ..............say it will leave today ........my wife wants to cancel as this has stressed us out waiting for factory Shire to call ..wish I had never seen their website , it was to be a gift for my wife's Birthday ...........what a mistake

All I want is an Invoice to pay ......... spent hours trying to access the EDF website......... they don't care if people move supplier its all the same electricity in any case.............Electricity and Water should be Nationalized ........to be honest the Guy who helped me on the phone did his best so I guess he earned the one star ..............I certainly will change energy suppler now had enough

Completesave have a standard reply for… posts on Trust Pilot

Completesave have a standard reply for every compliant ...I had a Trust Pilot response that our posts get deleted so how can that be aiding awareness , they say they have partnered with other retailers to get us to link in with them, so we must also hold these partners accountable , its a very clever internet Scam and to get refunded is more time consuming and costly on our time, the banks and Credit card companies need to be making more noise because when we talk to them they are very aware of what is happening ............ the Question to be investigated is how many genuine customers have they really got

This type of Internet trickery must…

This type of Internet trickery must stop... Those Internet retailers involved displaying this offer of a discount from a non related company must stop this click on conecting practice from third party operators... Trading standards should be messaged by all those of us who have become victims... Government also have to tighten the laws to stop this practice... I am complaining to trading standards, and MPs, about this type of practice... This practise also has to be tested in a court of law, because Internet retailers who are associated with this practise may have to account to credit card companies who are having to reclaim and refund their customers, back from this outfit... We have to make a fuss to safeguard others.... Had their fingers dipping into my credit card since July this year... A monthly dip in... It really should be a criminal act

Happy Smoke-King Cigar smoker…

Happy Smoke-King Cigar smoker ...........I reside Torbay and to acquire a good cigar I have to travel for one hour to a Local Tobacconist..........often the cigars have not seen a Humidor and some are very aged stock...........I do purchase my Duty Free Allowance when travelling overseas......but my supplies recently come from Smoke-King .......to my Door usually 24 hours after placing order...........I am happy with the excellent service .......sometimes they add a little chocolate such a nice touch.........so I give them 5 stars xxxxxxxxxxxx
