This company should be eradicated

After my car check on which I warned them of an issue, I received the bill (~1500 EUR) and assurance that there is no issue with the car.
2 weeks later I left on a road trip and the car failed on the issue I mentioned.
The high incompetence of this company cost me over 6000 EUR (aside the payed service) 1 week on the road and high security risk driving a faulty vehicle.
Unfortunately I couldn't do much because I'm a small company therefore I wasn't covered by consumer protection and I do not have the means to fight in court this company. I am happy I can give them 1 star, but in truth they are not worth even that one!

Not recommended ...

It's a shady company using tricks and not at all transparent.
I booked a flight (as prime user) where clearly luggage was included (national company) I even checked the number of kg allowed. However at the airport I was informed luggage is not included. They listed it as offered in the search result but kept quiet about it during the reservation process.
No email to contact, invoice requested has no answer. They only provide a phone number which I don't dare calling as they warn it might cost extra, meaning it will cost a whole buck if you do it.
I gave them 2 stars because in the past I used them with not many problems but it seems it was rather the exception.

Adding a kid to the trip is cumbersome

Adding a kid to the trip is cumbersome! You can’t change the type of person during the process, which is very annoying.
Surprisingly transferring and adult into a children in the order would generate a more expensive grand total!
The site is old and somehow lacking information such as Visa requirements , contact support (email)

Bad after-sale

Bad after-sale.
Sale goes OK, should there be after sale issues, good luck.I placed a large order and one item was incorrectly delivered. Getting back to them a few weird things happened:
No more chat option! I use to have that and it's no longer available, I suppose they can disable it nominally. Being outside the country would have helped.
Return a product is a form, However, it goes to the wrong department and they call off the case. As a client I am told to go to the appropriate department as if I'm supposed to know which one is that.
Long story short, like many uncontrolled growing businesses, things become chaotic and it is currently the case with EMAG.
More reason to opt for smaller vendors in the future ...

Avoid like plague !!!!!

It’s unbelievable this company is in business still! Delivery attempt, obviously no notification as if we are all nesting chickens guarding our homes ... notice paper said they dropped the collet to the closest parcel lot, same day in the afternoon. Checking the place , nothing. Furthermore , the place cannot contact , trace or get an idea where the collet might be. Checking randomly days and days ... nothing. Their paid phone number keeps me on hold for 20 minutes (payed for!!!) and nothIng, no answer no contact. 2 weeks after the notification still nothing. Still no answer to my calls. Basically I needed that collet for a present. The person to receive it no longer in the area therefore , mission failed , I have no need for th collet. I want my money back. Of course these idiots will wait 2 months to send it back and check their day to day activity as accomplished task.

This is not the first time !!!! 9 out of 10 times these useless brand make a messs of my orders. Again ... how come they are still running the business ???!!!! I have no power to pick the transporter and that’s how I get stuck with these idiots . If I knew they deliver would never place the order in the first place!

Please help put out of business this joke called dpd. Rate them poor so the world know to avoid them , providing companies particularly! Looking online I’m not the only one, lots of people have issues with these useless wanna be deliver company ....
