Not recommended ...

It's a shady company using tricks and not at all transparent.
I booked a flight (as prime user) where clearly luggage was included (national company) I even checked the number of kg allowed. However at the airport I was informed luggage is not included. They listed it as offered in the search result but kept quiet about it during the reservation process.
No email to contact, invoice requested has no answer. They only provide a phone number which I don't dare calling as they warn it might cost extra, meaning it will cost a whole buck if you do it.
I gave them 2 stars because in the past I used them with not many problems but it seems it was rather the exception.
