I’m so impressed with Ego! Including Taylor , Ava , Jane and the rest of the ego team. We had a mix-up with the delivery address, and our original order ended up in Manchester by mistake. Not only did they quickly re-route the original order, but they also ensured our second order was sent and delivered the following morning. They clearly went the extra mile to make sure at least one parcel reached us in time. The team was responsive, proactive, and genuinely cared about solving the problem. Truly excellent service — I couldn’t recommend them more!

I was struggling to cancel an ongoing subscription. I reached out to healf and it was sorted out immediately. Please do note that I am not cancelling the subscription because I don’t like the product. It’s more about the fact that a little goes a long way and I still have so much of the product left which makes it great value for money . I wouldn’t hesitate at ordering from healf again.

This was my first time ordering from SmartBuyGlasses. I was initially a little apprehensive about buying sunglasses online however, the overall experience was very positive. There was a minor issue with my order, and while it took slightly longer than expected for customer service to resolve it, the issue was sorted out for me which was great.

I came on here to write a great review and was shocked to see such bad reviews as my experience with them has been great. There was an issue with the lamp that arrived however it was dealt with immediately and favourably. I would have no hesitation in using them again

Furniture Village provided excellent customer service, particularly Corey who rang me to address a couple of issues with our new sofa. He was incredibly helpful in resolving our concerns. The staff and manager at the White City retail park location were also lovely and so helpful. While some customers have reported mixed experiences, our interaction with Furniture Village was really positive and we wouldn’t hesitate to shop there again

Sofaya has a great selection of sofa styles at very affordable prices and their customer service was helpful throughout the process. We did have a couple of issues but they handled everything professionally and fairly. I also want to mention Adam, the delivery guy—he was really helpful and personable, which made the experience much better.

The whole ordering process with adanola was smooth. I ordered the same sweatshirt in 2 different sizes and i returned the one that didn’t fit. No issues from start to finish. I will definitely purchase again. Love their clothes

I recently purchased 3 bar stools and was b very impressed by their fantastic customer service. I had my heart set on grey and gold stools, but unfortunately, they did not have this colourway. They went above and beyond to accommodate my request by switching the cushions from the grey and silver bar stools to create the exact look I wanted.

Their willingness to go the extra mile made the entire experience, fantastic. The stools are not only stylish and comfortable but also a perfect match for my home decor. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and the outstanding service I received. Highly recommend!

What fantastic customer service. I received my body lotion with the pump missing on the lid. I messaged them to ask if they could post out a pump to me so I could use it efficiently. They replied very promptly and I couldn’t believe it when they sent out a brand new product. This was totally not necessary but greatly appreciated . I’ve yet to use the product but felt I had to write a review on their amazing customer service

I was very sceptical however I was prepared to try the hypnotherapy as I have a terrible sugar and chocolate addiction. I have listened for 2 nights now and each time I have fallen asleep listening to it however it really has worked. The thought of chocolate and sweets actually makes me feel nauseous. I hope this feeling continues but so far it’s helped no end and o haven’t touched any sugar sweets or chocolate
