This was a gift for a friend but it was prompt delivery and she said it was lovely.

Such an easy service to use. Use the card as you would a debit or credit card and the money comes out of your bank account. The exchange rate is better value than the bank would provide. We saved £27 in exchange rate fees on our last trip abroad.

I paid for next day delivery. Evri received the parcel in time to deliver it. I had a notification to say it would be delayed and then another to say it couldn't be delivered. The next morning, someone from half a mile away dropped it at my front door after it was delivered to them on the due day. Later that day I had an email to say it would be delivered later in the day.

Really easy app to use. Delivery was easy to organise and came on time. Payment was swift.

Only downside would be that there were A lot of titles that they wouldn't accept - even popular books.

Easy booking

The card worked well apart from one time where it was declined. It turns out that I had put the wrong pin in but that wasn't made clear until I got the summary by email. A chance to redo the transaction would have helped.

Otherwise, very happy with the service. The summaries came through quickly and the app works well.
