I always used Victorian plumbing in the past but unfortunately I had a problem with my enclosed shower valve, I immediately got in touch with Emily Sanders who did everything she could to find me replacement parts but the manufacturer had gone into liquidation. Because of the commitment of Emily Sanders for trying to sort out my leaking shower I purchased a whole new value unit with shower head. Thank you to Emily Sanders for a very good after sales customer service who I believe is a credit to victorian plumbing

Still awaiting collection of the un assembled 7 seater patio furniture, it stated assembly (and the answer was no) so that’s why I ordered it, it arrived in 4 large boxes and required assembly customer service made aware 4 times and agreed it was mis worded but still failed to collect. Send to resolver for help as Wilco customer service closed all in coming phone call because they are to busy, stayed in all day sat for an agreed collection but they failed to collect, still owed a refund of £765.00
