Still awaiting collection of the un assembled 7 seater patio furniture, it stated assembly (and the answer was no) so that’s why I ordered it, it arrived in 4 large boxes and required assembly customer service made aware 4 times and agreed it was mis worded but still failed to collect. Send to resolver for help as Wilco customer service closed all in coming phone call because they are to busy, stayed in all day sat for an agreed collection but they failed to collect, still owed a refund of £765.00
