I always used Victorian plumbing in the past but unfortunately I had a problem with my enclosed shower valve, I immediately got in touch with Emily Sanders who did everything she could to find me replacement parts but the manufacturer had gone into liquidation. Because of the commitment of Emily Sanders for trying to sort out my leaking shower I purchased a whole new value unit with shower head.
