Great prices and great knowledge

Great prices and great knowledge from staff.
I picked up an order and mentioned I needed a new anode but didn't think they sold them, within a few minutes I was told one could be in stock within 2 days at 20% cheaper then competitors.
Top Company for all boat gear !!

Avoid at all costs

This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with.
They tried to charge me extra for
a bespoke insurance policy when one wasn't required the day before exchanging contracts.
My mortgage advisor and estate agent commented that they were trying to rip me off.
No apologies ever received from them.
Thanks for your reply.
It was the buyer's solicitor who advised my estate agent that you were trying to rip me off, such a shame you are still trading !

Good afternoon. I ma sorry to hear the service was not to your expectations. I do not know if you were buying or selling so cannot comment on the Indemnity policy. I am not sure why the estate agane or mortgage broker would comment as they are not qualified in Law to do so.

Poor stock, delivery and collection !

Had a text on the Friday asking me to call AO as they didn't have the fridge freezer in stock that was supposed to be delivered on Sunday. I called and had to take a different model.
Delivery was 2 hours outside the 4hr timeslot given, they did not take old fridge freezer because they had no room in van. I then had to phone and rebook the collection of old fridge/freezer for a week later.
Not impressed with what is supposed to be a hassle free service.

Firstly Thank you for taking the time to speak to me over the phone today to discuss your review. I am sorry to hear this item has arrived later then advised. The timeslot is an ETA and this may change is the crew are delayed.,

I can see we also had a stock delay so we had to swap over to an alternative item. In regards to the recycling sadly the crew could not take this away on the day so they are coming back on Sunday to collect this.

I paid for next day delivery and had a …

I paid for next day delivery and had a text advising me order would be delivered on Tuesday. Nothing arrived tuesday then had to call Web blinds to see what was going on! Blinds arrived on Wednesday with parts missing once again had to contact them. 2 days later parts arrived !! Poor customer service and no way of tracking your orders !!
