A great assistant, terrible wait

Trying to contact EDF was a nightmare. But once I got to speak to an assistant, things changed and he was very helpful and pleasant. I had about 4 queries and he got me through all of them patiently and sorted things out.

Easy to cancel and rebook

managed to cancel and rebook a different car when our days changed. That was great. The telephone helper was rather grumpy but at least she did help!

Great service all round

The advisor on the video link was amazingly helpful and patient. I got the paying process muddled up and she really helped me - and was kind about my errors! Then the delivery was on time, done properly, nice cheerful staff. And the freezer is quiet!

Amazing service

The first bra I ordered was too small; they sent me another, a medium size, without demur, free. I couldn't understand how they would do this so I sent an enquiry and they answered straight away, that it was their policy to replace a first order if it didn't fit. Amazing

The customer support person was quick and really helpful. It'd taken me ages to find out how to contact customer services rather than a bot which couldn't answer why question. Once I got through to the person, s/he was fantastic. Very clear answers

Jolly good value!

The finished product was as imagined, and at good value. I found it a bit difficult to manouvre my photos to fit the frame, but in the end I only had one or two gaps. I've ended up with a lovely memory of Christmas with family, my best photos all on one sheet for me, and for them. Thank you.

Penzance YHA - what a great stay!

Our stay at Penzance YHA was fantastic. We camped and used the hostel facilities (showers, loos, kitchen, lounge), so our holiday was really cheap and great value. Staff were helpful and friendly, and the facilities were good too

Good price

Good price, but the ferry we wanted and originally identified, had disappeared from the site when we went back to book it. This morning (8 hours later) it was back on again so we booked it. But there was that period when we just couldn't find the sailing, and that was rather frustrating.

YHA London Thameside - it's wonderful!

I have just spent one overnight at YHA London Thameside. The building is really interesting, the location easy for central London (frequent buses from over the road plus tube at Canada Water or Bermondsey). I had a bed in the women's dorm, and this was a lovely spacious area with 4 sets of bunks and two bathrooms within the same room. Lots of windows looking out. The members' kitchen was spotless and well equipped and the communal areas interesting. The price is so affordable, it means a visit to London for any cultural or other reason becomes manageable

Good quality cargoes

very nice staff at the Superdry shop where I picked up the trousers. The cargo trousers are really good quality, rather loose for the smallest size, and very long in the leg. I will have to hem them, even though I'm not really short.

Rather frustratingWe kept having to repeat our details…

We kept having to repeat our details which was tiresome. Also, my passport is currently being renewed but there is nowhere on your website, your queries, or anywhere to ask what to do as the booking form requires passport number. So I put my old one in, which is still within date, but it is now with the passport office so the number of my new passport will be different. I went to every inch of your website looking for a way to contact you including the chatbot who wrote “ I’m new I can’t help”.

You will be able to update your passport details on the airline website with your new ones, and you can also do it on the Netflights site but that is optional. As long as the details are filed with the airline on their site then you shall be good to go.

good value, good service, I like to have a book someone's read before, saves materials, printing etc., and then I can pass it onto the charity shop or friends.
