Fragrance purchases

I bought fragrances. Fast dispatch which was good but I think £4.99 to deliver small products is a bit steep.
One item arrived broken, I sent photos to customer services and they were very efficient with having a replacement sent to me and kept me updated. I would order from them again because they dealt with the issue swiftly. Not sure what caused the breakage, it was severely damaged but the others were fine so it was probably broken before it left the warehouse, these things happen.

Cancelled order, no communication.

My order was cancelled and I only found out a week later by using their track order page. I did not receive any communication to inform me or offer an explanation. Very poor service from a big name.

Please sort out delivery restrictions

I've used this company several times over the last couple of years without an issue. However, I recently tried to order a pack of two nail polishes and it was blocked because of restrictions by their courier. Why have products on the UK website that customers can't purchase? It was a disappointing, frustrating experience. I have tried to purchase several times and experienced the same issue.

Good but P&P is an irritation

Products arrived as described and in a reasonable time frame. However, I use only use QVC for their Elemis special value deals. I think QVC must be the only company remaining to charge P&P on every item! I would buy from them more frequently if they had more free P&P days.

Good but there are niggles.

Good but there are niggles.
Great range and their advent calendars are brilliant.

I don't like that free samples are promised on the product pages but never turn up with the order! They also have less money off days than their competitors.

Nice products

Nice products, never had a problem.
However, I do think their loyalty programme could be more flexible by removing the minimum spend threshold of £50 to use a reward voucher and also permit the use of multiple reward vouchers in the same transaction. This would make it the same as Sephora's programme which is far better for customers.

Problem with fragrance calendar

I ordered the beauty and fragrance calendars. Both are lovely but I had a problem with the fragrance one. It was missing a fragrance. I got a £10 account credit but my preference was to be sent the missing item because the the £10 credit isn't enough to buy it. I feel the resolution offered could have been more customer centric.

Great selection and competitively priced with offer code. I ordered about ten fragrances so haven't tested them all but I'm confident they are genuine. Took a few days to dispatch but that was not an issue for me. Very well packed too which is important. 👍

Worst packaging

I ordered twice and both times the order was sent and not secured properly in the box. It is just luck that the bottle didn't break. I wish I could attach a photo.

They also state you will get at least one free sample but this was not the case for my orders.

Also, it is difficult to raise issues via their web form because it rejects valid order numbers and won't submit the message.

Awful....absolutely awful

Awful....absolutely awful. First order not sent, second order missing an item. The warehouse staff had well and truly confused themselves. My friend’s order had a broken glass item that spoiled the other products and she’s been told to wait 6 months for a refund! AVOID.

Our customer service team were quick to put this right and once you contacted us the missing items were sent out to you. With regards to your friends order, we did not and would never tell any customer that it takes 6 months to issue a refund, and can confirm the refund has been issued.
