I had seen several adverts and great reviews for Lazy Carpets on Facebook.
I filled in the online enquiry form and within 10 minutes somebody was in touch with me. I felt confident from the start as the customer service representative was really friendly and informative.
We had a home visit to measure up and show samples of laminate flooring which we wanted throughout our lounge/ diner and hall, we were extremely happy with the quote given and very happy to be given a fitting date of 1 week later.
The fitters were excellent, did a really good job and we are extremely happy with our flooring.
We had great communication throughout the whole experience and a phonecall the day after fitting to check everything was ok and that we were happy.
I can highly recommend lazy carpets and would definitely use them again

I have been into the store twice now in past 6 weeks and have always been approached and welcomed and the staff I have dealt with have been helpful and friendly without being too pushy in their sales approach.
I have visited other competitors and sofology was the only one to offer me fabric samples, I really appreciated this as it has helped me reach a difficult decision over colour option.
Staff members on both visits very informative and able to answer any questions/ queries I had.
Order process was quick and easy

We have been using Animal friends now for many years and find whenever a claim is submitted it is acknowledged straight away. Usually we get a decision if the claim is successful very promptly.l and we have always been happy with the outcome of our claims based on the policy/ cover we selected
Unfortunately we have recently lost one of our little fur babies, our vets put in the final claim on our behalf and we got a very nice condolences message from. Animal friends which meant a lot to us
A few days later we got a notification of outcome of final claim and confirmation that the policy was cancelled. Cancelling the policy had been on my to do list but I was thankful that between my vets and animal friends it had all been dealt with for us.

I ordered medication on line for my cat for the first time as usually I buy direct from local veterinary surgery but as long term medication now required buying on line will be more more cost effective. I did initially think the process would be complicated but the website is very easy to negotiate and it was easy to upload the prescription.
I was kept informed of order status etc by email. The prescription needed to be checked before order was shipped, however this was done in less than 24 hours and the medication was received the following day and was well packaged.
It was also easy to access a copy of the invoice so that I could submit an insurance claim.
I will continue to order Dora's medication through VioVet and will also be ordering flea treatment direct from them

I ordered an easy fit blind. The whole process was so easy from ordering to fitting the blind. I got updates on my order and it arrived on time.
The blind fits well and looks great and there was no drilling involved 😃
I would highly recommend Bloc Blinds and will definitely be using them again in the future

Good communication prior to delivery with hour time slot given. Delivery on time, no damages, driver was friendly

I have visited The Vet Warrington several times recently with my little fur baby Daisy the cat and have always found the staff to be friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. As I work full time Monday - Friday the opening hours are ideal for me. I would highly recommend them.
