I had seen several adverts and great reviews for Lazy Carpets on Facebook.
I filled in the online enquiry form and within 10 minutes somebody was in touch with me. I felt confident from the start as the customer service representative was really friendly and informative.
We had a home visit to measure up and show samples of laminate flooring which we wanted throughout our lounge/ diner and hall, we were extremely happy with the quote given and very happy to be given a fitting date of 1 week later.
The fitters were excellent, did a really good job and we are extremely happy with our flooring.
We had great communication throughout the whole experience and a phonecall the day after fitting to check everything was ok and that we were happy.
I can highly recommend lazy carpets and would definitely use them again
