Excellent site. (Just do your homework).

Second (recent) job completed via a tradesperson on Rated people. Excellent works achieved and at sensible prices..

Great site... I recommend it. All I would say to "joe public" is be selective and get your quotes in and make sure you see the trades face to face and get their history.. (I had people trying to quote without even visiting my home).... Because if you live in an expensive area they will quote on "the postcode".

Both my recent works were achieved between 25 and 50% less than the higher costs I was being quoted. Obviously delighted as I actually spend about £15k on the works.

Seriously unimpressed...!!

Seriously unimpressed...!!

Was on their website looking to see prices etc.. and as soon as you put your phone number in (which the site demands)... they are ringing you !! Literally within 60 seconds.. wanting to get into your home for a visit etc.. Smacks of pressure selling to come... straight out of the double glazing pressure sales (get into their home) practices of the 80's..!! All other companies give indicative quotes online... So Beware.

Appalling company

This issue was resolved by "Rachael" very helpful.. said they were behind answering customers because of COVID... which I 100% accept. She was great and apologised....(all I could say was it should not have been done without communication in the first place). But happy with Green so will stay with them etc.


Appalling company. Can't be bothered to reply to a customer when they want to hike a DD by £65 a month (£700+) a year...!!!

Told them that is not acceptable.... so they ignore you.
..and I am in credit..!!

So will take then to the Ombudsman and will now cancel the DD and pay whatever the bills are on the day they are raised..

Quite hopeless...!

Quite hopeless...!

Site says you can choose a specific broker... then just ignores the request and you then get calls from people you did NOT request calls from...!!! TWICE.

Just their direct debit changes that…

Just their direct debit changes that took a LOT of money. up front.!! and many many!! emails to get it refunded...!!

Yes cheap... (so I stay)... but poor management / Customer Service.

Poor Quality / Poor service.

I did 3 initial meals, two of which I was very disappointed with. Poor quality cheap fish.. and very dry pork stir fry dish.. While it was a discounted price for a new customer, their full price boxes are extremely expensive... (...and they then charged me a delivery fee over a week after the initial delivery as well..!!).
Will not be using them again due to poor quality / crazy price point and fact their customer service rep was hopeless about the delivery fee issue.

Booked a Heating Engineer..

Booked a Heating Engineer... got the confirmation txt msg saying "Hero confirmed 3rd Apr 10am-2pm".

Nobody turned up...!! no communication...!! never heard from them again..

Totally USELESS. Won't use them again... (..and now know quote was very high... backed by British Gas... says it all)..
