I recieved a notice from DRP that they had been asked to recover a parking charge on behalf of APCOA. This was an error on the part of the company which had issued the charge, and Leon and the DRP team responded promptly to my emails, and confrimed the charge had been recinded within an hour of ACOPA notifying DRP the charge had been cancelled.

No problem!

Sometimes it's only when there's a problem with a delivery that you get to see how good (or bad!) customer service from a company really is... In my case the wrong item was sent, but Direct Vaccuums were incredibly helpful and sorted this out instantly with no fuss. Thank you and well done DV! I have no problems reccomending this company. 19/12/23

Vonge confirmed as scam site.

Scam site as confirmed today (28.11.2023) by bank. IMPORTANT! Buyers who have entered card details need to cancel bank cards as scammers have details including expiry date and CVV, plus they have signed customers to 'Link' payment service (which may have future consequences). Customers need to raise a chargeback with their banks for any money taken. Btw site was only created 21 days ago!

Invoice EB-072188 (05.01.2023)

Invoice EB-072188 (05.01.2023). Item delivery was prompt and item was well packed (delivery handled by Amazon), but only one of two ordered items had been shipped. Big On Electricals phone lines have a recorded message that they are out of order, and my email bounced back with 'recipients mailbox full' message. The live chat method of contact as stated on the website does not apparently exist either. Conditions listed on delivery note state that delivery problems must be notified within 24 hours, but this is impossible. As I see some company reponses to negative reviews here, I'm leaving this in the hope of getting a resolution before I go through the hassle of attempting a charge back.

Great hoodie and perfect pre-christmas delivery!

I ordered a blanket hoodie for my daughter a week before Christmas. She loves it! The quality is great, and delivery was quick. With ordering late I worried it might not arrive in time for Christmas but it certainly did - with a couple of days to spare. Thanks Kuddly!

Need investigating by trading standards

Hermes need investigating by trading standards as THE worst delivery services in the UK.

Tracking showed parcel booked onto van but not arriving in depot.

This means the parcel was lost by HERMES (probably stolen) but they took NO responsibility for losing my parcel and passed me back to Shutl (this delivery was booked using the eBay Shutl service).

It wasn't eBay/Shutl that lost my parcel - it was Hermes!

Vet recommended Agria

We recently became the proud 'parents' of a trip hazard in the shape of a Cockerpoo puppy named Holly...

As new owners, and having heard stories of less-than-helpful insurance companies from other dog owners, we asked our vets advice on which pet insurance provider offered the best level of veterinary cover, and almost as important, the one they found the easiest to deal with themselves. The only one they recommended was Agria.

While I can't write a review based on experience of making a claim with this company (and hopefully never will) I was so impressed by their customer service when I called for a quote that I have taken a little time to leave 5 stars. Lee in customer service advised me clearly of the alternatives levels of cover available and answered all my questions (Good job and thank you Lee...).

I know Agria isn't the cheapest insurance cover available - and having taken some of the more expensive policy options our cover came to £365/pa. That's not exactly cheap, but basically it's still only the cost of a tin of good dog food per day - and for that we get a 90% refund of the cost of any veterinary treatments, plus a lot of other benefits too. What price peace of mind eh?

I hope we never need to make a claim, but based on the service so far I get the impression that there would be very little Aggro with Agria.

No options are allowed other than a 5 stars review (the 1-4 stars show but are disabled). Remember that registering a pet microchip is not optional - and that owners HAVE to use the company that supplied the chip (e.g. you cannot register a Smarttrace chip with Petlog). Many vets will use a microchip supplier that is in the best interest for THEM - and that's not necessarily the best register
