Cannot use full body panel even though I’ve had it for 9 mths. Customer service has become non existent

Xmas 2024 I bought a full body panel with stand.
I haven’t been able to use it as screws were missing and the wrong lead was sent.
With many emails sent which they initially did respond to, Infraredi support has ceased to respond to my last email dated 28/9/25.
I still am unable to use this expensive piece of equipment. I wish someone would help as I am trying to regain my health after 10 yrs of mold toxicity with a load of inflammation which I was hoping infrared would help with.

Actually ring the door bell would be…

Actually ring the door bell would be helpful instead of assuming we’re not in at 9am and posting a note saying sorry.

I was in.
On your card it says I have to ring if email to get it redelivered.
There is no telephone number and I shouldn’t have to initiate this you should deliver again thd folowwing day AND RING THE DOOR BELL!

Professional and knowledgeable.

The guys who attended were professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. They just got on with the job in hand.
When there was an unfortunate hitch with a couple of fans, they located the problem and just changed the fans as they were faulty.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this firm. They did a great job.

I booked online a ferry from Fishguard…

I booked online a ferry from Fishguard to Rosslare. If so I thought but you didn’t take the money for some reason.

The next day I find out there is no booking and I have to start all over again.

Incompetence

I have been getting 10 emails ordering items I didn’t order. They have been delivered to my old address I moved from 3 wks ago. So the new owners are retuning items that they think I have ordered.
I picked up two packages from my previous neighbour again to find out they were from Ideal work.
When telephoned 3x they are slow to act and are making it very difficult to close my account, saying I will never be able to have an account again with my present email and I can’t order anything again as a guest.
Talk about shooting themselves in the foot.
It appears they’re automated service is to blame but it’s been weeks now and it still the same.
I won’t deal with this company again. It’s not the mistake so much, mistakes are part of life, it’s the appalling way they have dealt with it.

Grandson now won’t get his Xmas present in time.

An order due to be delivered on 18/11/20 for my grandson for Xmas didn’t arrive. After chasing it up the company said there was no record of me having bought it. I sent them PayPal details. This all took so long. Then they were waiting for a replying from the courier. More time.
Then they said it was lost in transit.
By which time any re order with another company had missed the Xmas cut off. So my grandson will not get his present for Xmas. Thank you Sports Direct for your ineptitude. Very poor.

This will sound strange but the bus…

This will sound strange but the bus that was supposed to go at 6.25 was late thank goodness, as our plane had been cancelled the next had been delayed 3x.
So we got there running at 6.40pm with a big sigh of relief to see that it was still there.

We still arrived at our destination which was cardiff on time. Way to go National Express.
