Updated my first review as the customer service is just non existent. No responses despite emails, leaving messages on their online chat and this is the 3rd time of trying. 4 stars down to 2 because the product is still well made and has kept me off vaping.

Wanted a set of road legal number plates which stood out with some unique touches and would compliment my cars trim. After an email with my ideas, Proplates quickly came back to me with two designs to choose from.

I went for their newest 4D Gel range and was really impressed with the end result. Excellent quality and a real head turner! They look superb on my car!

The delivery was slower than predicted, however, that is to be expected during the current pandemic; but very much worth the wait.
Highly recommended, great service and superb product. Just be patient during these uncertain times and it'll be worth it!

I have been using JAC Vapour for over a year and have been really impressed, in terms of quality of products (hardware) and range of e-liquids at good value too. In addition to this, JAC Vapour has a superb level of customer service as any potential issues get resolved quickly and friendly.
A most recent example would be when I had a query (submitted via the contact us page), I got a swift and pleasant response from Heather Corrigan who was very helpful and acknowledged my long term custom. In less than 24 hours my query had been answered and the e-liquid in question had been dispatched. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

Nice & easy to scan items using the app, printed off label and dropped items to local shop. Within a few days I got paid the full price and was updated each step of the way. The Hermes tracker was a bit confusing though, as I thought the package was being returned to me (but it wasn't!). Overall very happy with the service

Used Vape Club for just under a year now and I cannot fault their service at all. Very responsive, friendly and always go the extra mile to help. Superb range of e-liquids, hardware and vaping products reinforced with great customer service and quick delivery - would fully recommend!
