Premises seemed good at first but the app doesn't connect properly so you end up having to send evidence over WhatsApp. This is not a quick process as it is is run by AI
I will cancel and take my business else where, just not worth the hassle.

Really great

Really great. They helped me with a really good resume and great advice on making my online video. very responsive and friendly. Also the teaching guide they sent was really useful. I have two interviews for jobs next week!

Straight up lies or at best poorly …

Straight up lies or at best poorly informed recommendations followed by poor service.

Firstly the phone I purchased was so slow it was basically unusable on which I decided to return the phone before I had the opportunity to do that the cover that had been recommended as a cover for the phone arrived in the post and it wasn't even the correct cover for the phone.
When I took the phone back to the store the refused to accept the phone back and they wouldn't even take the cover that didn't fit the phone as it needed to be collected. I was told I would receive a phone call in order to arrange a collection for the phone but I still haven't three days later!

I'm back using my old phone and i'm £100+ out of pocket
