Minerva worktops were installed 4 weeks ago. Finish looked excellent.
However, if you breathe on it, be prepared for the scratches. It has stained so easily by tea and coffee cups.
It is appalling. I have a kitchen I am tiptoeing around.I am shocked that this is sold as a kitchen worktop. It is not fit for purpose and I wish I had read reviews before buying. I am still shocked by the occasional positive review. It's appalling.
Avoid at all costs.

A problem occured with my extension and Tyneside Home improvements were brilliant in rectifying the issue. They appeared on site instantly and Damon was very professional in all his dealings with me.

I am disappointed I can't leave a zero star rating.
I ordered plants and don't believe I will ever receive them or receive a refund. They even asked me to review their service on 7th May, but you couldn't make it up.

When I first asked where my order was, I was informed:

"Kindly be advised that I have checked on your order and can confirm that it will be dispatched on 31/05/2022"

It didn't arrive and I asked for a refund. The response I received was:

"be advised that your order has been invoiced and I am unable to refund"

I have no idea what this means.
I then asked for an update and was told on 16th June:

"Kindly be advised that a supplier came back and advised that your order will be sent out next week"

Well, it's now July 1st and still no plants. It's been over 30 days. If they ever arrive, I am dreading to think what condition they will arrive in.

Posted Tuesday, company received Wednesday morning and two results arrived at 3.15 same day and the other two at 6.15pm. very efficient service.

Tests received very quickly. Easy to transport abroad. Zoom call was excellent and we received numerous reminders. Katelyn, the nurse conducting the consultation, was friendly, professional and helpful. Results were instantly emailed. Can't recommend highly enough.

Good quality if you ever receive your order.Ordered 12 items 4th July ( showing as being in stock) still not arrived. Emailed CS twice with a week between each. Told on both occasions it should be with me in 7 days. The irony of receiving two requests while waiting for my order, to complete a trust pilot review is not lost on me. p.s. just checked order status today and it's changed from 'order being processed' to 'awaiting stock'. If it's not it stock, don't advertise it or take my money. Poor.

Following Dobies reply, it still doesn't answer the basic question of why you advertise products which are not ready to ship? ((23 days and counting)

We were initially sceptical about using Howdens to design and supply our dream kitchen as we had never used them before. Our builder recommended them and we were extremely impressed from the first contact. Corinne, at the Team Valley branch came to our house and took measurements and asked many questions to try and find out what we wanted. She listened and provided some excellent advice. She contacted us when the kitchen had been designed and sent a video of the finished kitchen. We were blown away and after a visit to her show room, we agreed on units and final design.
At no time was there any pressure on us. We were always greeted with a warm smile and felt we were always listened to. Nothing was too much trouble and Corinne took all the stress out of the process. If you are looking for a new kitchen, speak to Corinne! We are delighted with the final outcome.
