Very pleased with the transaction , if I had any constructive criticism it would be less emails once ordered or condensed them.
I must have received 17 emails since I ordered , which becomes a little frustrating when trying to find the right email to actually set up your phone 🤭
Other than that I cannot fault you.

Struggled with the motor at first as it had a base fault.
This was replaced at some inconvenience but it was fitted.
Then needed a quick calibration and now it’s running like a dream.
I would like to add how helpful the after sales team were, Emma did a phenomenal job of keeping in touch and attention to detail was fantastic. She even stayed later at work to sort out the issue. Well done Technical Support. 👏👏

Super efficient service , speedy delivery, cannot complain.

Not a great experience to be honest. My Tag watch failed whilst swimming in a pool once for 20mins. My watch went back for repair in July I got it back in December. No one gave me information or any updates unless I contacted them first.
Then I was charged for parts to add insult to injury. £270
I have owned 5 tag watches before this one and actually dived up to 40m with them and never had a fail.

Purchased a light from lights.do.Uk and the LED has failed after just 12 months.
However getting in contact to ask the question was dealt with swiftly and professionally. A replacement was sent promptly. Great service and will promote repeat business.

Panther was arranged by a Blue chip company to collect my tv and return it.
So firstly the positives , Panther do keep you informed.
However it proved difficult to arrange the collection as I work and panther will only collect Monday to Friday. I arranged for a neighbour to sit in so they could collect. Panther arrived without a box to collect the tv that had been pre arranged. I had to phone Panther to be informed that they would collect on the Saturday due to the poor organising. I didn’t receive a confirmation email. I called them again (same day) and they said it had not been booked. The person on the phone promised me it had been booked for the Saturday and it was booked. No confirmation came back I rang them again to be told nothing had been booked as they didn’t collect on a Saturday so I was actually lied to. I rang back again and they booked a Saturday collection and I did receive a confirmation and the tv was collected. 2 weeks later I received an email from the tv company to say the repair was complete and the courier would arrange delivery. The tv arrived on a day I had arranged for my wife to be home. I returned from work to discover the tv had been dropped at some point as the corner of the box was bashed and my OLED tv was bent and the screen was smashed. So not a very good experience from Panther at all.
