If I could give zero stars I would! Still waiting for this parcel. It had a tracking number & approx time of delivery. We were at home waiting. Then a message saying it had been delivered. I tried the help pages on their web site & it sends you round in circles saying tracking number & postcode do not match. How can that be???!! No way of contacting them about this issue. So a diabolical service.

Very disappointed this week as the recipes were not included and there is no way of getting in touch with the company except for automated response that does not take account of missing recipes.

Ordered two scarves in the sale. Just one arrived. Waited a week for the other as told they may arrive in multiple parcels. No parcel. Rang customer services today. It took 30 minutes to speak to someone who admitted that it was your fault and should have sent two. She said she would try to find another but if out of stock will refund me for one. I am annoyed because of the hassle involved and if I eventually get a refund it makes the other scarf more expensive because of postage costs.

I had been looking for a pale lemon cardigan for months for the summer. I saw the cardigan in the shop with discount, but they didn't have the colour I wanted. Well, still haven't received my order! Though not the fault of Complete Care Shop they could be faster responding to Customer Services.

I ordered the wheelchair and it arrived the next day. I decided on a chair on the website then noticed the 'Outlet' department. I ordered that same chair as reconditioned and saved a huge amount. The chair is great and looks as new, so I am delighted with the purchase and impressed with the product and the Company.

Have always had good service from Hermes. They keep you updated on the progress of delivery and are exceptionally busy at this time during the pandemic. I hope it will continue.
