I have been a customer of octopus energy for a few years now and find there price’s clear to understand with the different options and tariffs.
Good company to deal with and I have not experienced any problems, will be renewing again this year on a fixed tariff.

Goffs are easy to deal with from getting an online quote to delivery, text reminder to advise of delivery time with polite drivers.

Had problems with newly installed boiler losing pressure, rang homeserve who arranged for a plumber to visit same day on Christmas Eve. He advised that we could have a leak under floor somewhere and arranged for a leak detection unit to investigate.
About an hour after he left we managed to find the leak under bedroom floor and I called home serve back and they sent someone out on Boxing Day who sorted the problem.
Very happy with the service received and grateful that we had two visits over Xmas.

Goffs petroleum are very easy to deal with, friendly staff and courteous delivery drivers, pricing is competitive and delivery is pretty good too with a text message notifying you of delivery date.

Recieved a quote from Barry after emailing photos of damage, made an appointment and work carried out on both vehicles Saturday.
