Cruised with TUI several times but our last cruise with them was October 2019. We complained virtually every day at reception about our cabin 1242 which was in our opinion not fit for purpose. From broken air conditioning to a faulty toilet.
They offered us £50 each on board by means of compensation, which we totally rejected. When we got back to the UK we submitted a claim to TUI UK they eventually increased the of to £75 pp. Again we rejected this offer. We are currently pursuing a claim through MCOL. We will never use them again!
