If I could never use this company again I would

My parcels have only stopped being stolen, since fitting a camera. It's obviously their drivers because how are only 2 of 3 parcels missing, and Evri took pictures of 1 parcels. But then all of a sudden couldn't find my adress for the 2nd and 3rd. No opportunist thief would only take some of the parcels. I've had jewellery stolen, Memorial items of dead relatives stolen. Not once have EVRI truly apologised like picked up the phone to say sorry and or compensate me for the hassle. I work bloody hard for what I have.

I used to trust paypal but not anymore

I used to trust paypal, but after yesterday I will never use them again, I purchased something by mistake checked the sellers web page, which stated i could cancel any order within 24hrs. I cancelled order 2mins after ordering, seller ignored all contact and posted item any. I reached out to seller several times advising I'd be returning order as it should have never been sent. Still no contact from seller, I paid with paypal, opened a case, paypal have told me unless the item was faulty I'm not covered. So the seller gets to keep my money. How does that make sense. When it's already been returned. And the seller is still flat out ignoring me,

Avoid.

This dating site 100% is using bots, Avoid at all cost, I paid frlor subscription and still had to pay for stars to chat. Really unnecessarily expensive. You will be chatting and you may asked a question but the bot never replies, the after a while they start asking you things you've already talked about. I managed to get a refund on the subscription but nothing else. Please Avoid, Avoid this site.

Yodel delivery driver stole my parcel

Yodel delivery driver stole my parcel, and yodel haven't bothered to respond to the complaints email or the webchat I sent weeks ago.

Note: I've since reordered and received my item a few days after Christmas. It feels like a small jewellery box in the the package which is why he only to that one.

But this was my email;

So my parcels where delived on 18th Dec.
The delivery driver took a picture of parcels outside my front door, then I can only assume he decided to take one for himself.

The only reason I've come to this assumption is because;

1. I know all of the neighbours in my block and none of them would steal my parcels, including their friends and family. We have a fantastic community here.

2. If someone had managed to enter my building to steal my parcels why would they only take one? I had 2 parcels delivered my the same driver. The one I received clearly stated it was from a health shop.
The other in the blue bag I'm not sure what the package said.
But the contents was a snow flake tree decoration with an image of recently passed relatives, my father and father inlaw.

I'm beyond disappointed, I've tried messaging yodel chat, I messaged at 19:21 yesterday the 19th, 39mins before the chat closed, but no-one has bothered to respond.

You phone line is pointless because you can't speak to anyone, so my perplexed as to why you even call it a customer services line, when you don't actually service customers.

If I could chose to never use your company again I would.

Name labels work well, Love that these no ironing needed, just rub with your thumb and it stuck, has also last about 4 washes do far.
Very pleased with my purchase.

Web page is the worst I've ever used

The Range it's self it fine, but it's Web page is so full of bugs it's extremely difficult to navigate. I'm having difficulty logging in, their contact form only relates to orders. So I can't message them us less it's about an order. Yet I can't order anything because I can not log in. When shopping the web page crashes it for some reason won't let me go back after opening a product page so I have to search some bed and scroll the pages to get back to where I was browsing. In this day and age poor Web design shouldn't be a thing.

Edit: Thanks for your reply but again not having issues with an order maybe actually read what I wrote.

Very happy sleeping soundly

Delivered on time with no damaged parts, bed was fairly simple to put together, some reviews have complain bed is to hard as it doesn't have slats but I'm finding it the most comfortable bed I've even had. I love that it's off the floor so I can easily clean up after kids spills and messes. I was expecting the storage to be a lot less as its of the floor but there is a fantastic amount of storage still. I also love the large head board.
Really pleased with my purchase, I would recommend.

Bed side tables

I bought some bed side tables, I was in the middle of decorating so after about 7 months I finally finished and was ready to put up my new tables, to my shock one of the tables legs was completely snapped off box was undamaged and I was kicking myself for not opening it sooner.

I called manomano anyway and explained what was going on and I was told I was still within the warranty period, so they raised my issue with the seller and set a response date for the seller.

Manomano checked in every week without fail and when the seller never responded in the time frame, I received a full refund.

Absolutely impeccable service. Thank you!
Made what could of been a completely nightmare into a quick, easy and stress free service.

And a extra thank you to Larry the customer service representative who dealt with my issues.
