Awful experience, tracking links didn't work; customer service contacts unhelpful, no delivery updates. Sent several emails but got nowhere. Two of the items from the same supplier delivered the same day but at different times - totally inefficient. Do not think I will placing further on-line orders with the Range

The whole process was well handled and efficient. Alan Cook were very flexible with changing dates and were happy to amend the original quote when circumstances changed. On the day, we could not have asked for a better, more professional or personable crew. We had five great guys who helped in what proved to be a difficult "landing", where the seller was disinclined to vacate the property, and they helped very much to lighten the tension. We would have no hesitation in recommending Alan Cook Removals and they fully justify their 5* rating.

They lied to me. Said delivery had been attempted but I wasn't in. We were in all day and no-one called. The village was snowbound so no-one could get in or out. There were no footsteps or tyre marks on the 10 inches of snow on our drive. If they had "attempted" delivery why was there no card? Why did Plumbnation send me an e-mail to say delivery had been made if that delivery had failed? Why have I had to do all the chasing. And they do not seem interested in getting to the bottom of this, stating they "can only go on what their Distribution Centre says! Where is the customer service?

I specifically said to your customer representative that I did not want to end up paying two different providers for the same month. So what happened....I was billed by both for the same period. Instead of setting up a pre-activation contract with the new provider, which wouldn't have started until the SIM was inserted (and therefore giving me control of the contract start date), I was set up with an activation contract which meant the contract was activated from the date the phone was delivered. As I have to give 30 days notice to my current provider I am now paying both old and new for the same period. This was not even discussed with me during the sales phone call and I am now £32 out of pocket.
