Container purchased for delivery, so we look forward to receiving it, but the service so far has been spot on.

Never had an issue with the products, which speaks volumes. Luckily we haven't had to call any aftercare but hopefully this will be as good as there products.

First time purchasing from your new Birstall branch. I was greeted by two ladies who were on shift who were both very nice, professional and helpful.

They were both very cheery for a Friday afternoon also.

They got my order quickly, quite heavy items without any fuss.

Ordered food for an office party, that was supposed to be delivered at 11.55am on 23.12.2019, however at 11.20am they called to cancel, with the place saying that Just Eat sent it over too late.

Absolutely disgusting, leaving us without any food for our party even though it was ordered hours before.

I then rang the customer services who are based in another country, who were incredibly unsympathtic and told me to order from some one else, however by the time I had got through to them, I had 20 minutes.

Good experience. Process was very simple.

So we have purchased twice so far with I am Sold, and both projects have gone very smoothly. You go to the auction / or buy online, and its transparent. Some people may moan about their commission / reservation fee, however that is your responsibility as a buyer to read what you are buying.

Good post sale support also.

Bit on the pricey side but very fast and reliable

Very good delivery crew. Arrived before I left for work around 7.20 am and delivered into the house. I do agree with some of the people on here that they should have mobiles to call when 15 min away maybe.

I have been dealing with Teresa at Howdens in Batley. She has been very attentive and helpful with my design, and the pricing of my current kitchen. My kitchen was ordered on Saturday 30th September and delivered on Tuesday 3rd October, which is pretty spot on. Kitchen quality seems very good also, and the fact that everything was all built up has meant that it was very easy to install.

Will order more in the future.
