Couldn’t reach item

It’s a great idea but items are returned too quickly and my last item was put right at the back of a top row locker so we needed to seek assistance from someone in a local shop to try and get it out!

Such an upsetting experience

I'm so confused. I have had the same experience as some of the other reviewers here - just cannot get any engagement from Elvie customer service. I want to make a formal complaint because as someone else says, this has been precious time trying to sort out my milk supply with my first baby and it has been damaged by the delays caused by Elvie. It's been so upsetting. Yet I see someone has put a good review here and Elvie has responded, so there is a way of speaking to them?!? I would just really love to know how to liaise with a person at the company.

Good communication ahead of the…

Good communication ahead of the delivery on timings etc. Resolved an issue we had swiftly. Delivery drivers helpful and happy to bring the item into the flat and put it on the floor for me (as I could not lift).

Really nice meal

Really nice meal. Think there was a small error with the amount of salt we were told to add (or it was unclear) which is a shame. Tricky to arrange a delivery on a day we wanted it without an extra charge.

Not delivered to nominated neighbour. Left on doorstep. No photo supplied so neighbours struggled to find parcel.

Great service

On the whole, a really great service. The machine I use locally does seem to glitch for a while after there's been a collection, meaning you can't always drop off straight away. Other than that, really good and repeatedly used.

I like them but they’re already worn down

I like the slippers but haven’t had them very long at all (a couple of months maybe) and they’re completely worn down under the big toe already! Really disappointing. They’re also quite narrow so I had to go up a size.

Great

Great. Find subscription a bit stressful in theory (would rather order as I need) but it might be fine in practice. Love the product in general. Best natural deodorant I’ve found and will be sticking with it for now. Have recommended it to many!
