Lazy, unprofessional, rubbish service.
They promise to call you back, “oh trust me sir, I’m a senior advisor”….then nothing!! My wife waited in 5 hours for a service that never happened, when I called in they said they had changed the appointment but didn’t bother letting us know, so be aware of this cowboy outfit ( part of OVO energy who are just as poor) AVOID TGE PAIN GO ELSEWHERE

Despite a very sour experience some years ago, I returned to this dealer, as I was travelling a 112 mile round trip to get my vehicle serviced.
I live in between 2 MM dealerships and was persuaded to return (2 years ago) for my latest vehicle now 2 years old.
I had the vehicle serviced last Thursday asking them to fix an alarm problem and battery issue as I constantly get phone alerts to say battery level critical.
On collection I was told everything was sorted.
3 days later we were taking our young granddaughters out for the Sunday, but couldn’t because the car battery was dead.
We waited until 3pm for Mercedes Breakdown.
My car was then booked in the next Friday to have the Alarm unit and new panel fitted as they said it was causing the drain on my battery.
When I collected my car they had damaged the rear bumper (accidents happen and they agreed to sort it)!
As I was leaving the dealership I decided to open my panoramic sunroof as it was a very hot day……but where my roof controls were, now had a blank plate in its place?????
UNBELIEVABLE…They have fitted the wrong unit so now I have a Sunroof with no controls, how incredibly stupid do you have to be, not to notice?
Did they think I wouldn’t notice that a major function and in my case most used piece of my car was now missing?
I find it absolutely baffling and impossible to comprehend that a FULLY QUALIFIED MERCEDES TECHNICIAN would do this to my vehicle and treat a customer so appallingly disrespectful.
Along with the upheaval of having to go back and forth constantly changing work stuff from vehicle to vehicle, changing the details for residential parking permits etc, all I have had is a sorry!
I GENUINELY DIDNT WANT TO WRITE THIS REVIEW BUT MARSHALL MERCEDES NEED TO DO A LOT BETTER THAN THIS.

We have an annual policy with this company which is part of OVO Energy.
We have had this policy for several years which includes our annual service.
Our Combi developed a leak mid last week, so they sent an engineer, who diagnosed a major part to be replaced.
Monday morning: a W/Bosch engineer said that Corgi would have to replace the flue and the boiler was switched off for safety reasons.
So due to the misdiagnosis we now have no hot water! We are in our 60’s!
Weds the corgi engineer calls to replace the glue, job done just wait for corgi to call us…wait and wait…no call, so I called them, they hadn’t a clue what was going on but eventually booked us for today Friday 02 June.
So I have a CS manager calling me back to confirm the work has been completed and we have HOT WATER..
They sent a text to say the engineer would arrive between 7am and 6pm.
I got up at 06:45 to a text with a link telling us the they would be with us between 09:40 & 12:40 eventually changing to 13:40.
At 17:30 we called up to ask where they were, then it hit us, EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE & to top it off the CS MANAGER NEVER CALLED AT 6pm, so now we have to wait until Monday to get anyone to rebook our boiler repair!!

I don’t understand why you can’t just phone to speak with someone in customer services, it’s a bizarre way to run a business. We have now cancelled our contract. Had I read the reviews beforehand we would not have trusted this company.

I wish I could give minus 10 stars!! But it still would not reflect the shoddy service I received via a 75 minute call because my system went down, well done SKY ABSOLUTELY USELESS AS USUAL!!! Now feel like chucking their router etc in my bin…
