Ultradries is certainly living up to its claims. I am very pleased with the service I have been given. I ordered 12 pairs of ultradries in the wrong size and when I contacted them to ask how I should return them Laura came back almost immediately to say they would all be replaced!!
I will definitely be recommending Ultradries to all my friends.

Quick delivery and after returning 2 previous jeans, due to me ordering the wrong size and disliking the material on the 2nd pair ordered, these are perfect! Perfect fit, material and perfect price: Customer Services were great and I will continue to buy from BrandAlley.

Twice I have returned goods and the communication I got from BrandAlley was great. They give you everything you need to return goods and let you know when they have received the returned items. I had to get in touch with them recently about my refund but again everything was answered quickly and efficiently. Great vacuum. Light easy to use and picks up everything in its path. This is my second vacuum from Gtech and I would recommend.

Booked to attend a garden show in May 2020. Due to COVID this was cancelled and has not taken place since then. With lockdown and restrictions that were placed for large events I forgot about these tickets. When I found the tickets recently I contacted Itison to ask if I could have a refund. The reply was that the credit expired 31/12/2021! I asked to receive a copy of the communication telling me this but was told that was not possible but they then extended the credit to 14/03/2022. There are no garden shows available in my area so I have now had to book tickets for a meal out rather than lose my money.

Great except I ordered on a Monday. Shipped on Tuesday paid for next day delivery And not delivered till Thursday!

Great service. Text and email to remind me when the engineer was booked fir and text 15 minutes before his arrival. Engineer was very professional and thorough in his investigation and fixed the problem.
