No complaints at all ordering groceries and collecting it. Feels funny posting this for tesco...but honestly the team was great in Carlisle, Rosehill.

Really great selection, service and whilst I read criticism of fees it's all fair and transparent if you pay attention to what you are bidding on and where it is.

I've used Gigahertz Giveaways over the last few years and have nothing but good things to feedback to Jordan, his team and the site he has created. The discord community is respectful, helpful and engaging, the website is easy to use with a great range of prizes, great odds and whilst I am sad to say I haven't won every time I've entered - when I have won the process to receive the prizes has been easy and quick!

Yeah pretty terrible, customer service is only via the phone, expect a long wait.

They only adjust the premium after the cooling off period so expect to pay £50 per adjustment with no recourse unless you lose the whole premium.

Any adjustments naturally increase premium (I can forgive this, we all hate insurers but at least they all wear the same cloth) but the adjustments are £50 each and they don't do it together so for example I had two adjustments, presumably only 2 clicks for someone but that is £50 each.

I haven't made a claim...can't comment on that process but considering the experience I've had simply signing up I really hope I don't need to this year. I'll be changing in 11 months.

Fairly easy to use and decent treatment when completing the renewal online, unfortunately far too many "optional extras" to try and con you and then an unncessary email to complete a trust pilot review afterwards...
