We saw a wallpaper that we liked in our local Brewers shop. We brought the wallpaper book home and decided that we wanted a sample piece of the wallpaper.
The Graham and Brown site is very easy to use and we ordered a sample piece of the chosen wallpaper.
It arrived in two days and was perfectly packaged. All in all a superb service.
All we have do now is wait for the decorator 😀

In a word - slick. I was looking for a replacement keyboard for my iPad. Google showed the exact item that I wanted and that it was available from OnBuy.
I am very pleased that I followed the link as dealing with OnBuy proved easy. Their delivery via the Postal Service was quick and I received frequent and informative updates as to the keyboard's progress.
Oh and the icing on the cake is that in addition to the best price that I found for my keyboard I also have decent amount of cash back to spend on the OnBuy site and seeing as how they sell all sorts of stuff I shall be back.

Ordering was easy on your website, the price was also good but best of all was all the tracking info allied to the use of DPD. They are, in my opinion, the best of the delivery companies.

I believe that I have made a sensible decision in a time of high energy prices and market volatility.

Edit:- I have just re-read this review and I did not make it clear that I was referring to an offer by Octopus Energy to fix my tariff. I have been an Octopus Energy customer for a few years. I used to be with Shell Energy but was transferred to Octopus Energy when Shell left the energy market.
Based on my dealings with Octopus Energy I can recommend them to anyone thinking of changing.

For years I had insured my car, my wife's car and our home with LV Insurance. However they have become very greedy and will not even try to negotiate a reasonable compromise on price. So having had a good result on Go Compare when I renewed the house insurance I decided to try them for my car insurance.
I looked at what was on offer and decided to try Peter Best Insurance services. Their price was what I considered to be fair and after searching out their details online I went ahead began the process of insuring with them.
The process was quick and easy as they accepted all the details directly from the Go Compare website. I down loaded their app and I have saved all my documents.
From a price and acceptance point of view I am very happy so far. Additionally when my wife car insurance is due for renewal I shall look at what Peter Best Insurance services have to offer.
Like a lot of people these days I am sick of being taken for a ride by my existing insurers. Hopefully I have found the answer to this annual problem

My house and buildings insurance with LV was subject to 50.8% increase! They would not seriously reduce it so I tried a comparison site - not Go Compare. All the results were via a handling agent. Then I had an email from Go Compare so I tried them. Filling in all the property details was straight forward and the results were far far better than the other site. I chose Aviva as I knew about them and their quote was good. I was taken to their site and the result is that I’m now insured with Aviva with the same extras and excesses as before AND I’m paying £2 less than last year. All in all - Thank you Go Compare for contacting me.

Good website, easy to input all the various details of possessions that need insuring above the normal contents insurance. Payment was slick and easy.
PLUS much better value than my previous insurance with LV.
It's early days but so far so good.

It made a very pleasant change to have efficient, knowledgeable and helpful operators on the other end of the phone.
I should tell you that the questions were straight forward and queries/issues properly dealt with. All in all getting 80+ travel insurance was a simple and uncomplicated process.

Good and prompt service. Sad thing is that I was unable to remove the old tap cartridge so I contacted Bristan who kindly replaced the whole mixer tap. I now have a spare cartridge for it!

Whilst I was disappointed that the cartridge in my bathroom mixer tap failed in just under two years the way that Bristan handled this failure was first class. Both of their customer care representatives that I spoke to were both helpful and knowledgable.
At first they were going to just replace the cartridge but as this was unremovable they replaced the entire tap.

A big improvement from the old Yodel. They now give a time slot AND they keep to it. Well done. keep going one and all.

i had one colour and a black cartridge fail whilst still showing half full. In all the many years of using Cartridge Save this was my first failure in many years - not bad really. However the service i received from them after i contacted them about the failure was superb. My email was replied to almost immediately and i received replacements within days. They even sent the usual and excellent free pen.

I bought two mirrors for my garden. The communication was superb, the price including delivery was better than Amazon Prime and as for packaging, well it could not have been bettered. I won’t have buy any bubble wrap for years!

I have been a highly satisfied user of Cartridge Save for many years. I have found their service to be first rate.
I use their own brand cartridges and not the over priced ones from HP. My HP printer has no trouble in accepting them and they give me a first class print every time.
Additionally their website is easy to use and remembers (for registered and logged in users) everything.

This is the first time I have booked overseas train tickets. Your website was clear and easy to use. I found the progress of you menus from initial selection of the route to the actual payment to be clear and straight forward. I did look at other sites but one called trainline was slow and clunky and other sites were much less clear. Well done Rail Europe.

We purchased a Musleflo Mini at the recent, March 2022, Ideal Home Exhibition. When we tried to use it we found that it was broken. We contacted Muscleflo and in no time at all we have received a new item and they also arranged the collection of the broken item. Additionally the replacement item came in a very smart carry case.
The Muscleflo customer service team and in particular Miriam have provided an excellent demonstration of what proper customer care is all about.
