Robert Dyas fine, Yodel disappointing.
Products ordered absolutely fine but 'named day' delivery by Yodel a total disappointment. Paid extra for 'named day' but got ordinary 3-5 day delivery service.

Someone doesn't know what a 'named day'…
Someone doesn't know what a 'named day' delivery is.
Only a day late but that is annoying to people having to re-arrange their lives to wait for a delivery.
Either the problem lies with the sender and their website mis-leading about deliveries or the deliverer who is not able to accommodate the senders wishes.
More annoyingly is the fact that extra money has been paid for what turns out to be just a normal 3-5 day delivery slot. Is it a scam to get more money for postage?

Parcel left on front doorstep.
Parcel left on front doorstep without anyone ringing the doorbell!! Been in the house waiting and would not have known that it had been delivered if it had not been for the email saying the parcel has been delivered.
Original emails advising of Yodel delivery all state that parcel needs to be handed to someone.
